Hello gentlemen, OK i'm addicted to porn. blimey that was hard to see in print! Short potted history coming up. Teenage years spent with traditional porn, no internet in those days!! But I was an enthusiastic consumer of whatever was available! Discovered the internet late 90s and it was downhill from there. My job at that time meant I spend nearly 1/2 the year away from my wife so porn is OK right Past few year have been a mess of living abroad in an Asian country with more than its fair share of temptation together with family stress and kids growing up and all the complications that involves. In the past have had a extremely good sex life and looking at porn etc. was an acceptable part of the fun. ED has loomed large and I have suddenly realised that the way i use porn is an addiction and something I want to be rid of. My wife and I live on opposite sides of the world, not by choice but by practicalities I cannot go into. The good thing is my wife and I have never been more sexual when we do see each other and she has never been more enthusiastic, funny thing is I am not so, and she is older than me!! I attribute that to the years of porn as I am pretty fit and underweight for my height so cannot imagine it is anything physical. Sad thing is i am always ready for porn!! And that is so sad! I have come to the conclusion that in general internet porn is a very bad idea for me, It's a distraction from life and a way of coping in a world i should be fully present in! I have spent a while reading the posts on this web site but kudos to anyone who has bared their soul here. I did not think it would be so difficult so all praise to those who have been before me, I have nothing but respect for you all and I found it one of the most difficult things i have ever done! Exposing yourself to a bunch of people on the internet you will never meet, how difficult can that be ;D F**king difficult I would say! So today is my second day without porn. The rest of my life to go then, hopefully that is more than 90 days! You guys have been a real inspiration and to the young guys out there all I would say is enjoy your youth and there is no enjoyment in front of a PC screen. You should be out enjoying your time and hooking up with anything with a pulse, you never know! But I respect all you young guys who post on this site, I hope you realise how far ahead of the pack you are! Great forum and I am privileged to be a part of such a movement for good.
