Honestly man I think the same way that these are the severe storms that have engulfed and completely covered our life right now. I feel while doing any activity like working, socialising I cannot function at 100% at all and feel disabled; the amount of times PMO crosses my mind is astonishing.

I'm exactly with the same mindset as you man; just one more relapse and I'll suicide. Honestly have and still am suffering enough

Well most studies have focused on serotonin effect on depressed patient, but little has been done to study the dopamine hyphothesis.

Restleg syndrome, extreme fatigue, lot of sleep, lazyness, lack of ambition and focus are associated with low dopamine.

Low serotonin is sad mood, suicidal thoughts, insomnia, low libido, OCD.

But we still don't really know how much dopamine affects our brains...the best resutls i got regarding my HOCD/porn withdrawal were where i would stay away from my computer during days.

We are a generation addicted to the net and no one has clearly studied what a computer will do to our monds on a long term scale.
