What's your morning routine?

    Wondering what everyone's morning routine is. For me:

    1. Wake up around 5.
    2. 20 minute meditation.
    3. Take puppy out.
    4. Jogging + stretching.
    5. 20 minutes on exercise + workbike
    6. Cold shower.
    7. Ice vest and one hour of work.
    8. Breakfast of vegetables, peanut butter and fruit.

    1. Wake up- not set a standard time but most of the time between 5-45 to 6-30-sometimes oversleep
    2. Immediately brush and take a cold shower
    3. Eat break fast
    4. Drink hot cup of tea watching a motivational video
    5. Write the plan for the day.

    Here's my ideal morning, though I don't always achieve it.

    - Alarm at 6
    - Shower
    - Put my bedroom in order (5-10m)
    - Prehab exercises / breathing (10min)
    - Meditate (5-20min)
    - Read affirmations
    - Write in journal if I feel I need to
    - Breakfast
    - Leave house by 8
