Where do I see my badge for last week?
on first post, on the challengers board, along with your name you have a star. one star means one badge, members with more badges are placed at the top. You never lose a badge Also I make a note of who won badges in which week, check first post of this thread. How are you doing Londoner?
Not great. As you'll see from my counter I relapsed again today, but it's a new month so it's a fresh start.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it. New month will get you determined again! Don't be hard on yourself, next week how about you set a challenge one MO? then the week after you can get back on no PMO? I'll have a look at your journal.
Since we are having weekly challenges I thought this might interest some of our group members

Update: My challenge was no PMO no M, last week on my 5th day free I had uncontrollable urges and went full binge mode, today is my 5th day and the urges were getting stronger, I'm scared to PMO again so I had a shower and masturbated to a girl I like in real life (10 mins). So I didn't complete my challenge but I've decided to set up a masturbation schedule, I will increase time between masturbation and hopefully after enough time woudn't need to Masturbate either. I'm not sad that I masturbated and happy that I've learnt something about myself. Abit scared if the chaser effect comes, but lets see. So I'm out but still no Pornography which is what I want out of my life.

So here's my little Wednesday update. I MO'd last night, but resisted PMOing so far. I only get one MO this week, and now it's past.
Today was somewhat productive. I have not been timing my Facebook usage, and that's an oversight. I will pass myself for now, but tomorrow I will start timing it. I don't think I've been seriously abusing it this week.
And I ate some vegetables.
Having used my one PMO ammo at the start of the week, now I'm right in the middle of the battle. Coffee has been successfully kept at one cup a day and alcohol has been reduced to ZERO this week!!
Yep, no social occasion has arised to put me on test yet but I'm looking forward to it.
Been thinking... assuming I succesfully endure the whole week, what's next? Looking into the quickest P "to celebrate"? And reset the counter?
