**Weekly Challenge Thread (Week 6)**

    Welcome to the weekly Challenge

    Monthly Challenges are to long imo.
    I'm setting up weekly challenges.
    This is week 6 out of 52 weeks in the year

    This is the format of my weekly challenges.
    well its more like weekly targets
    you post on this thread a target of what you want
    e.g. no PMO
    <2 PMO
    <3 MO
    no shemale porn but softcore
    no hardcore porn but only softcore
    ....
    etc

    and tell my how many pmo you've done this week

    There are no failures just passes. If you pass a weekly you get 1 weekly pass badge that I will write in the next weeks challenge. The goal is to monitor your progress week by week, much more manageable than a month.
    You set your goal, and try to achieve same goal next week or better it. Lets take each week at a time and never give up.

    Wabi-sabi Imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete

    I'd like the same challenge as last week - no sexual fantasy.

    Although I failed to write it up in last week's thread, I feel I did pretty well. I had a few erotic thoughts, but I was able to avoid turning them into fantasy. The commitment helped. I'd think No fantasy!, and jolt myself into reality.

    Seeing how everyone is committed strengthens my commitment, I kid you not. So I really appreciate when members take time to give updates to show other members the light in front of them. We just have to follow the light. Congratulations on passing your challenge the previous week!

    Okay. I'm in.

    For me this week: no ogling. This means looking at women (in real life or on billboards, whatever) for more than a passing, appreciative glance. It's good because this also means that I can't do any fantasising around it, which is the main thing I wish to avoid (in order to clear out those PMO-related neural pathways). If I do it for less than a couple heart-beats, catch myself and let it go: that's good enough for me.

    Is this the space to go into detail? I feel I'd like to give it some context. It'd also be good to read from you other fellas about triggers and... I dunno, just thoughts around your challenges....

    I encourage users to come post on here about their struggles when/if they arise. Whole point of thread is about supporting each other and listening to each other. Talking about it is the only way to get a control over this.

    Cheers, Mate. That's good. I think it will be much more helpful if we can talk about what we're learning, share strategies, etc., rather than just the cold, hard numbers.

    So the challenge for me is that, when I'm feeling depressed, I don't care and will allow myself to indulge in ogling. I seem to care enough to stay away from M, O and P... maybe in the back of mind I see the ogle/fantasy thing as a less troublesome activity. Perhaps it is, yet neither is it helpful for my recovery or in line with my values. An old habit that I will be better off without.

    I think its fine, sometimes you need a little pick me up and ogling (as long as you don't make the girl uncomfortable) is fine.
    But a girlfriend is better!
    As long as you are not using pornography then ogling will be okay. Make sure you do something about feeling down. like excercise :)

    Ok, for rest of week:

    No PMO
    No chasing after women in public
    No forced interactions with women
    One effortless interaction per day with a woman

    Im on vacation, solo, in FL, so this is a good and unique challenge for me.
