My goal here is to reduce the amount of time I wast online. I'll be adding a counter for this. Here are the rules... "online time" counts as time spent... 1. Gaming 2. Watching TV 3. On the internet for non school/ ybr related purposes I get 1 hour of "online time" per day BUT it must come after the following has been met 1. Swim workout completed (+ weight lifting every other day) 2. Homework completed for the next day + 20 mins spent on upcoming homework 3. Practiced guitar for 30 mins Additionally if I fail to do my nightly ab workout before bed I forfeit my "online time" for the next day On top of this I get AT MAXIMUM 30 Minutes on YBR every day. Since I started building on my no PMO streak, gaming and internet browsing have really gone up. I need to stop that. Lets do this!
