Tired of this routine

    Recently, I've been using porn and masturbating to fall asleep
    because of my sleep problems

    I think it's time to see a sleep specialist and cure it the proper way than just
    drowning myself in porn until I can't get out of it anymore

    If you have the ability to do so, I think that's a great idea. Just a warning, the insomnia may get worse after stopping this habit before it gets better.

    I agree with that. That's what I experienced in the past at least.

    Don't get discouraged if your sleep problems get worse temporarily. It's worth it in the end.

    Insomnia getting better slowly
    Just have to really take time away from computer before bed

    Also have to track my triggers and write a recovery journal.

    Going for a 1 week streak.
