Yesterday a new bill was passed through into law. Within contains the ban on all extreme, domineering and demeaning sex, even if consenting.

I am one of the few who thinks its a good thing. I believe that people imitate art, so we copy what we see in pornography. Given that porn is sex education for most teens, seeing role play rape and domination will only lead to imitation and blurred lines.

My only concern is its hard to actually prosecute and criminalise porn viewers. They could if they wanted to but I think a backlash would ensue. Nevertheless, this here is the government showing that this behaviour is unacceptable.

They need to making shemale porn illegal over here as its just as it falls into extreme porn in my opinion.

  3. Extreme porn does nothing for me, so I don't care either way. It seems amusingly pointless to me in the age of the internet. 99.9% of all the porn I ever saw in my life was produced outside of the UK.

  4. They are only going to prosecute the UK producers, not the consumers. That would be impossible without turning the country into North Korea.

  5. Reactions:

Critics claim the change will damage the country's porn industry

YEAH Money, Money, Money, thats all that matters, isn't it - anything that can be INDUSTRIALISED must not be prevented to create billions at any cost for the human race or planet earth... any INDUSTRY that generates MONEY must be protected at all costs - pharmaceutical industry, military industry, porn industry, mining industry, chemical industry, illegal drug industry... everybody shut up we need to run our INDUSTRY...

With this legislation [banning of whipping, spanking, caning, strangulation, fisting, violent penetration by objects] the UK is in danger of finding itself back in an age where porn is simply the boring, unrealistic, male fantasy of bimbos eagerly pleasing men as if it is their duty, where women are submissive and lack ownership of their sexuality. said erotic film director Erika Lust

This woman's reaction is an example of total confusion of people inside PORN INDUSTRY. She is so brainwashed by the INDUSTRY she is part of. She thinks that a sign of dominance and sexual ownership is being whipped, spanked, caned, strangled, fisted and violently penetrated by objects OR doing such things to another human. What a stupid cow.

Normally i am skeptical of the government banning things but anything that makes extreme porn even slightly harder to find for a young boy or girl is worth it. I also think the government should focus more on getting porn education in school and teaching parents that kids do not belong on the computer unsupervised and that the mobile phones they are taking to school almost definitely have porn hidden on them.

  7. I agree. Focusing time and money on proper compulsory sex education, including the risks of internet porn and how it is a distortion of healthy sexual activity, would be far more effective than a blanket ban on domestic porn producers, which isn't going to stop all the overseas crap on the internet anyway.

The internet is so international. It would need an international ban or no use.

And escort ads should be required to advertise counselling, SAA, chastity devices, etc that can help.

From what I can tell this law only bans the filming of these acts within the UK.
It doesn't ban the viewing of these acts filmed in any other country.

If these types of "extreme porn" were only available in the crummiest of sex shops in their "back room," then censoring it may cause more harm than good. But we are no longer living in a pre-Internet world. While the accessibility of information and flow of ideas has been a true blessing, it has also come with a terrible price. The fact that children can access this material, even outside the home now, is totally unacceptable. The Internet is out of control and ruining lives.

The lives and relationships that have been ruined by porn are not worth the convenience of free information.

It isn't about censorship but rather eradicating genres that they have no place in a civilised society

    Rape
    Bestiality
    Sissy
    Paedophilia
    Voyeur
    Shemale

No one should be exposed to those depraved genres and the law should be that anyone found with such material on their computer then they should be prosecuted.

No one is under the impression that you can completely ban porn, or keep people away from it. Kids are going to search it out regardless of the education.

However someone's child shouldn't be able to easily access extreme content by a few clicks. It should be completely illegal to possess and distribute certain content.

It's about time it was made hard for the sick fucks to find extreme content and then if they do, they know they are breaking the law.

As much as I would like a porn free world, so that nobody has to go through what I went through, (though beneath the surface I hope more and more people suffer from PMO so they experience what I went though) I think banning porn is a huge blow to personal liberty.

Now in a utopian society, everything would be controlled by an all powerful government. Fast food, porn, soda, cars, sexually revealing clothes would be illegal. taxes would be very high, free healthcare, cultural and ethnic diversity, and all that bullshit.

    Control solves many problems.

But would I like to live there? Fuck no. I'll take my chances in the Anarchist world :)

But seriously.. I hope billions of people, everyone in every spectrum of life experiences the shit I went through. This process has changed me... I realized I missed out on the happiest years of my life. The beast has been unleashed. No morals, no empathy. Do what you have to do to get what you want. That's all there is.

I've only got a limited time on this Earth and I will get everything I want, no matter what it takes.

Why does it have to be one extreme or another? Porn should be regulated in a way that it is not just a click away for a child to access. That doesn't mean it has to be completely banned. I don't want it to be banned altogether. But it shouldn't be available without restriction to children at any time, either. Internet porn is completely unregulated as far as its availability to children, and that needs to change.

You seem to have a big problem with any kind of authority.

Sounds like you would be happy with no law or order.

Little children should be able to shoot dope, smoke crack pipes, watch rape porn from the click of a button otherwise we are on the verge to becoming a totalitarian

Well lets just hope you are never become a parent one day.

Two of the biggest problems in this world is apathy and selfishness. People failing see beyond the tip of their noses while missing the bigger picture.

It seems whenever I suggest that porn including rape, humiliation, group sex, hardcore, etc all need a little more restraint, the first thing I hear is TOTALITARIANISM!!! COMMUNISM!!!! NORTH KOREA!!!!!!

That's right - the so-called libertarians chant this same line and make these same comparisons almost in a hypnotic trance-like state.

This is common sense - Internet porn should be restricted in a similar way as alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, R-rates movies and M-rated games.

What baffles me is the fact that any mention of restricting rape and humiliation porn from innocent, unsuspecting children, I am accused of being an authoritarian socialist Nazi or something of the like. That goes to show just how sick and backward some people's reasoning is.
