Hey Guys, I also gave the spreadsheet a shot and changed it to my own preferences, including a counter.
Also, the pie graph shows how much of your total O's are SO/MO/PMO's and there is an easy day-by-day overview bar chart.

I attached the image of it. Would very much appreciate some tips and tricks on this sheet because I like the data and I am planning on using it in the upcoming months.
If anyone is interested in the excel sheet send me a PM or something!

^ Your spreadsheet is ok but I prefer Darxidius' one because it enables us to "see" our streaks (by keeping the '0' cells in green and the rest in red or yellow).

Yes I agree, but isn't edging even worse dopamine-wise, than a simple Orgasm? Trying to figure out which format would be best for the additional log... As edging varies greatly on the time, number of strokes and level of arousal you attain.

Yes, edging is completely unacceptable, but I still believe it shouldn't be tracked, otherwise you'll be tracking constantly and reminding yourself stuff like "I can't edge, I can't edge", when it shouldn't be an option at all.

Better to take your mind off the whole thing.

Taking inspiration from Darxidius spreadsheet (great idea man!), I've tweaked it to my needs https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aqgz5mP8mDQjdDBQbGFsZEJ0MnVhNjNfejlXandLR0E&usp=sharing

I've changed the MO column in simply M as I never ever masturbated till orgasm without porn. So I have P, watching porn without touching the penis, M, masturbating without ejaculating and without porn (maybe only fantasy), and full PMO. I've also set up the spreadsheet till June 2014 (I hope it won't be necessary for anybody though :) ). I thought of adding another column, PM, which is basically edging, but I don't want to make it too complicated. I'll consider the P column to include PM but not O.
I'll be tweaking it a bit in the following days, probably.

    Personal opinion only:

Those of you who are regularly resetting your counters and can't seem to get a good streak going should use a spreadsheet instead.

    Get rid of your counters.

    They are not helping you.

Sorry for being stubborn guys, but I insist, this particular format is perfect.

It is already made for you, it even changes color automatically!

Here's how you can incorporate it in your signature IMMEDIATELY:

Step #1: Log in to your Google account.

Step #2: Open Darxidius' spreadsheet here.

Step #3: Go to File->Make a Copy and give it a name

Step #4: Go to Share in the upper right corner and change it from 'Private' to 'Anyone with a link'.

Step #5: Add the following code to your forum signature (make sure you replace 'SPREADSHEET_LINK' with your actual spreadsheet link):

    Code:
    Take a look at my [b]PMO Spreadsheet[/b]: [url=SPREADSHEET_LINK]Click Here[/URL]
    That's it!

    :)

Anytime you need to update your spreadsheet just log in to Google Docs and open it.

    Simple as that.

What if you dont have a google account? I don't like google and their privacy policy as they store and track all your information.

Just open the link and go to File -> Download as -> Microsoft Excel

Unless you are using a very old version of Excel, I'd suggest to download it as .ods, Open Document Format. It's not bound to Microsoft, it's a free standard that can be used in Excel but also on other office suites like OpenOffice and Libreoffice (the one I use). For such a simple spreadsheet there's no need to be bound to a proprietary format like is Excel's own. Plus, you'll be able to modify the spreadsheet on every OS, be it Windows, MacOsx or Linux and it'll be still of course importable/exportable to and from Google Docs.

I know how to get access to the spreadsheet to edit it. But you cant get a spreadsheet link to put in your signature without google docs, to which you need to create an account for.

    Hey guys,

I created a new spreadsheet, which tries to maximize your score.
If you P/M/O, your score is -1. This is done so you can visually see the negative on the Chart, and can visually estimate if your intervals are increasing / decreasing.
If you do positive activities i.e. home-work / working-out / meditate etc., then your score is the (count of those positive activities)*(your longest NO PMO streak)

So, as you can see, our goal is to maximize our score by maximizing the longest streak length, and the number of activities.

Be sure to check out the "PMO-Tracking-Chart" worksheet in the spreadsheet.

    Spreadsheet attached.

I've been keeping a spreadsheet on my own PC for quite a while, but you know, it was pretty unruly, plus I suppose this will make it a bit easier to actually keep check of my progress (or lack thereof, but at least comparing this month to last month I seem to be making progress... Going further back than that the info isn't quite complete enough...) here on the forum as well.

So yeah, I just replaced my counter with a spreadsheet. Modelled mainly after the one I saw gameover had in his signature, because that just seemed to be the most comprehensive and simple setup I've seen here.
