Day 6: The same. No chaser, no nothing and most importantly far fewer flashes.

This is much less dramatic than initially thought. It's the exact same but with less flashbacks. Interested to see if PIED still happens with a girl, or if rewiring is sped up.

"Day 7: Quite relaxed porn wise. It just wasn't on my mind as much as it usually is. You know how even if you aren't having flashes the concept is still lurking in your mind in some way.. well not today."

Long time bud, hope you're well. Take it easy on the K spread the usage out, very fun drug I must say.

"I've heard, but nothing about this is fun. Relapse on purpose, then (roughly) pull yourself out of it using a dissociative in a context which puts you through a lot, at a dose with barely any real dissociative effect.

    Day 8: Even less

Day 9: Porn is now completely off my mind, except for the fact I'm thinking about how it's not there right now! I think it's safe to say this works in the short term."

"Day 10: Nothing new to report. Enough of the daily updates, I'll post back when something happens. Woke up with mw for the first time in ages though..."

"Day 18: 18 days in and it still works. Future changes are: do not jack off - just putting it on is enough. The next test is to see if it had any impact on PIED, and a similar protocol for chronic relapsers..."

  7. This experiment fascinates me. Im not going to say i hope you continue doing it, because, you know... but very interesting stuff.

Well ketamine has an extremely good safety profile for acute usage, even at high doses.

The issue is when people gain a tolerance and end up hoovering multiple grams a week or even a day. 60mg once a month is a very very long way off that.

It's a while until the next one anyway.

Not much to say. Things have been crazy recently so it's been too hard to keep track of what's changed because of my little science experiment and what hasn't. I'll come back to it later when it's easier to tell what's causing what.

I did the ketamine thing a couple more times and while it seems to have "reversed" the relapse as if I hadn't done it, it didn't make any difference long term.

Might be a useful tool for the mid/long term rebooter who just threw away 90+ days though but the context, plan etc wasn't enough for it to do what I intended.

Rewiring update in the first post.

Glad to hear from you hogus. How are things going along? Have you been able to successfully rewire your brain?

I believe I have. Update below.

How are you doing? Not heard from you in a long long while, even before I took a break from the board.

My thoughts on rewiring with sex workers

Over the last 3 months I have been rewiring with prostitutes. I had a moderate no MO streak up to that point, something like 30-40 days.

Before each session I took 30mg noopept. This increases neurogenesis and neuroplasticity (prodrug to a glycine agonist). Whether it affects the correct brain regions for my purposes or if it's strong enough or basically everything else is up for debate and needs way more research but it's not likely to hurt (unless there's some general complete unknown side effect which is possible - it's a research chemical).

They were all half an hour long except 1, if you're wondering why my numbers are off.

The first was pretty bad. I got it up for about 1 minute and then it went down when we went for PIV. No luck in getting it up for PIV in the remaining time so finished off by hand. Not good but had to start somewhere.
The second was better. I couldn't get it up initially but a lot of massaging (body) and BJ later and I got hard enough for PIV. Did missionary, lasted about 5mins and came. Success.
After that sessions 3-7 gradually got better. Now I can get it up quite quickly with just normal foreplay, switch positions, make horny noises (lol) etc without going soft. My "rewiring program" is finished.

So.. my general thoughts on rewiring with sex workers:
Total cost was about £500 ($800?). This is a lot to me but what it gave me is priceless. I've noticed that even when I look at girls I don't have a small fight/flight pang anymore (didn't realize I had it until afterwards!).
A lot of people say you just swap addictions. This is a real possibility however if you are a long term rebooter and are just not getting any action you don't have much to lose except money. I set out a plan, maximum 10 sessions, budgeted £600 and committed to not going over that if I got no results. If you don't have the money to lose then wait, you are always rewiring when you're not PMOing but very slowly. Now after 7 I'm cutting it short because of diminishing returns - no reasonable girl will care if I can't get it up once in a while or if I'm drunk etc.
Seeing the same girl or different girls? Well I saw 3 different girls in total and decided to settle on the best one (sessions 3-7). By that I mean best personality and work ethic. You don't want her rushing you, not letting you in if you're 5mins late, kicking you out early etc. I needed that lack of pressure. It's not just about rewiring, or cognitions like being worried that you won't perform, waste money etc, but there's a subconscious anxiety created by having a history of not getting it up. I had already accepted right at the beginning that I would be spending a lot of money with a limp dick. If you calibrate your start point then things just fall into place easier...

Will it last? Well it's not as good as having a girlfriend who doesn't (well, explicitly) cost a bomb because you might not be able to do it that often but you have to start somewhere. And that's what we should try to view rewiring with sex workers as - a start, not the end.

  14. All of that sounds good, both the execution and the reasoning.
Absolutely worth the investment considering the potential rewards.

May i suggest using this advantage to meet some non-pros?
My experience is that the fight/flight diminishing is like fresh fruits, good while they´re fresh but the brain changes back unless the muscles get flexed..

Sounds good mate. I would never have had some one night stands if i didnt have sex with 10-15 pros before hand.

Its a delicate balance though because the better you get at fucking pros the more you want to do it. Most guys have had sex hundreds/thousands of times and when you have fucked 30-40 pros which is what im probably up to now you taste what your missing more and more each time.

You start to realize guys are getting it for free with ease and your paying 100$ a go. The sooner you transition to a real sex life the better, don't put it off.

I'm going back to university in about a month, plenty of girls there.

I may see a pro every few months to keep the momentum going but in terms of this program and seeing them so regularly, I'm finished.

Although it may be better for my dick to keep going, there's more to consider than that - lifestyle.

Hey mate, Universal here. Good to hear you've essentially rewired.
