I'll be fine re the chaser, but I feel like a druggie who's just self medicated. No withdrawal, sociel anxiety is down and my dick is doing things while I'm asleep now. Plus my head is pulsing like something's come over it, I felt the same thing when I relapsed to full PMO 24 days ago. I have no idea what this means.

    Day 24: Quite nice actually...

Haha yeah I did get what you meant.

Day 25: Nice again. Whether there's any truth to rewiring or not, flirting and dancing with real girls helps a lot. Got a semi grinding a few times but nothing that stuck around.
    Good day.
    :)o)

New goal: 2 weeks no MO. If I slap my dick furiously when I'm horny this might happen.

Haha I know what you mean about being attracted to girls you wouldn't normally be, its a great feeling. There's clearly improvement from your posts so good luck :)

Cheers, there's definitely been some improvement but I won't know for sure until I try and sleep with a real girl.

Day 27: Cravings are back. MO or sex cravings? Who knows.

Day 30: S'alright. Apparently it's been 30 days so I must've missed a day somewhere. Yet if I had a hot girl in my bed now I'm not sure I'd be able to get it up.
    Time to go gym.

Edit: Got really bad "stare at walls" right now, but I'm not sure if it's due to no PMO or low rep squats... fail.

Day 31 and 32: No bad physical symptoms, but 200% ready for this crap to be over.

Day 33: Was quite busy so didn't have a chance to think about it.
Day 34: Got a boner thinking about the sky on the coach... and cravings.

    Will do!

Day 35: Up/down day today. Had cravings, then didn't and so on. I found that the more I try and fight it, the harder they come. Just relaxing and letting them wash over until they're gone in a few mins has been working well for me.

Day 36: Had a dry dream where I was doing a girl in Tesco while there was a party going on... in Tesco (?!) but suddenly it switched to watching porn. It wasn't getting fully hard, which was when I realised I was dreaming since PMO always gets it fully hard, and I pulled myself awake rather than do anything else in the dream. I have a slight "hangover" similar to when I relapse, but about 1/3 the intensity. But when I woke up I had a rock solid boner.

    Fucking porn.

I assume if the hangover isn't that bad then the setback isn't that bad so I'm not resetting my counter.

Day 37: Two weeks no MO once again! I'm more determined to keep to no MO for a good 6 weeks at least. Been getting boners in the morning, but after I wake up and just lie in bed rather than noticing I have one as I wake up.

Day 38: Urges are so ridiculously high right now but I'm still determined to stay off MO for now.

Day 39: I actually want a flatline now, literally have a headache from trying not to MO or think about girls I know!

FYI fapstronauts, the solution to PMO/MO cravings are heavy deadlifts.

Re: 19 years old, at university

Day 40: I realize my cravings are for a real girl now and not just MO. Before thinking about the next time I'd MO or PMO would give me a boner, but now they don't do it. It takes thinking about real girl. It may be time to get myself back on the market... even if I'm not 100% yet.

Re: 19 years old, at university

Day 41: Cravings are down but if a real girl I know happens to cross my mind, and my mind happens to do stuff to her then I get a boner. But it's more passive.
Low mood day though, a girl I really like who really liked me has just started going out with another guy. I didn't make a move due to the reboot.

Edit: after a few sets of squats n curlz (and bench and row but no-one cares about these) this day has ended on a good note.

Day 42-43: Where the FUCK is the flatline?! These urges are getting really really bad. Especially after the other night where I dreamt about having sex with someone I know (dry... again, so it only made the urges worse!)

Edit: hahahaha I was just about to take a shower but my housemate got in first, and now my brain's trying to rationalize MOing while I wait.

Doesn't look like I'm going to MO relapse anymore.
