The general consensus is that after 7 days of no fap, testosterone reaches a peak and goes back to normal after that, isn't it?

I believe this is one of the reasons we get benefits from NOPMO.

I think it only goes higher beyond 3 weeks.

I took prohormones once (sends ur test levels through the roof!) and that was basically me in godmode.

There is testosterone in semen, which could conceivably increase testosterone levels when the semen is reabsorbed into the body or if less semen is produced. Most sources seem to claim masturbation has no effect on testosterone, though.

prohormones are so bad for your liver. you might as well just inject test. its safer and get better benefits

I truly believe that not ejaculating for some time will increase test..deeper voice no anxiety..etc altough scientific studies states that after 7 days test drops to normal..i dont think so..because i can see that in time i feel better and more energic

NOPE. The wording in the abstract misleading - there was no increase in testosterone. See the second faq below where I have the entire study, the graphs and an explanation.

All animal and human research shows that neither ejaculation nor abstinence has any effect on blood testosterone levels - other than a one spike around 7 days of abstinence following an ejaculation.

The myths will not die. Please see the following:

Obviously science is saying otherwise ^ ... but it sounds valid due to the reports after 2-3 weeks of no PMO.
I am starting to think that it is all mental and has less to do with hormones. Do we perceive (our brains) our environment differently when we abstain from PMO??

I am still not convinced...i know that masturbation has on effect on test..over masturbation i can say also in time from overM i saw that i have developed purple eye bags..and i found out that the cause is overM who depletes adrenal glands wich produces test(adrenol) and cortisol...i went to doctors..everyone said its fine..till i found a book..and someone said its from overM ..there are some cures and diagnosis wich modern medicine and scientists wich i am not akin to them lost this knowledge

So lets look at the anecdotal evidence: Many men with ED have their T levels tested and nearly all come normal to high. Masturbation does not lower testosterone. There is no science and no anecdotal evidence to support this. That said - other lesser well known hormones, or undiscovered hormones could be affected by high levels of ejaculation. But what is too much ejaculation?

One can have adrenal exhaustion (low cortisol) and still have normal testosterone. The adrenals produce androgens, but they are a minor source for a young male.

The problem here is that guys relate what they feel and experience to what they know - testosterone. The reason I always jump into these conversations is that if we think low testosterone is caused by "too much ejaculation" and low testosterone is the cause of my ED, then I can still watch all the porn I want, as long as I don't squirt.
