Struggling to lose weight

    Hello everyone,

    I am struggling to lose weight. I have tried all sorts of diet plans over the years. Now I am really tired of this. Just want to know how to lose weight or another other way for weight loss.

    Have you tried counting calories? As long as you don't have a metabolic disorder it's fail proof.

    If I may, I recommend a vegan (whole food plant based) diet. Just research a little on that and see peoples results. Now that combined with intermittent fasting and calculated workouts (right timing in regards to feeding windows). You’ll lose weight in no time and the results will literally surprise tf out of you. I speak from personal experience and many other people do as well. Best of luck !

    For losing weight, not only a healthy diet plan but also exercise is required. But what exercises you are going to do that related to your diet. So make a proper routine along with the diet like go to the gym 3 - 4 times within a week, do warm-up and lift some weights to burn a lot of calories. Or else you can take a trainer's advice
