Struggling to lose weight

    Hello everyone,

    I am struggling to lose weight. I have tried all sorts of diet plans over the years. Now I am really tired of this. Just want to know how to lose weight or another other way for weight loss.

    Have you tried counting calories? As long as you don't have a metabolic disorder it's fail proof.

    If I may, I recommend a vegan (whole food plant based) diet. Just research a little on that and see peoples results. Now that combined with intermittent fasting and calculated workouts (right timing in regards to feeding windows). You’ll lose weight in no time and the results will literally surprise tf out of you. I speak from personal experience and many other people do as well. Best of luck !

    Struggling to lose weight, here are some tips that can help you:
    Always eat balanced breakfast and don't skip it
    Eat small meals, decide three meals a day with two snacks and eating every 3 or 4 hours is necessary
    Exercise moderately
    Don't eat to much until you fill, keep balancing.

    I have seen a lot of advice on how to lose weight, and the most popular point is that you need to burn more calories than you consume. In practice, this turns out to be difficult to do. I would suggest introducing walks into your daily routine, and in case of bad weather, it would be great to have a compact treadmill at home - it does not take up much space, but which you can run comfortably on.

    Carnivore, it is a cheat code. I lost 25% of my body weight and are now BMI 21.5.
