True, that's what I tell myself. Gives me a boost though to know that apparently I'm quite in demand with the ladies, so that's what I'm taking away from it :p

Did you guys have sex? Getting hard with her is a good sign your brain -> dick disconnect is healing well.

I dont think you will be able to judge it until your having regular sex again because most guys will blow quick with orgasm abstinence. Remember most dudes are jacking off a lot and are less sensitive then us guys who dont masturbate.

Nope, we didn´t have PIV sex. My body was far too tense apparently. Didn´t get hard straight away though, needed some stimulus, so it´s not healed yet. But I´m pretty ok with it to be honest.

    Day 181 || 159

I've been thinking about my reboot process and I think I actually will include MOing in it in moderation, since I feel the reboot is about done and my main concern is rewiring. Rewiring will be just easier without the terrible PE I've been having during the reboot (even the more prob since I apparently don't get wet dreams.) I will do it of course without porn and such and with an as light grip as possible.

Yup, that's why I mentioned the moderation. Not sure still how I will do it, but oh well, I'll figure it out.

This also will mean that I will take out my MO count, since it has become senseless.

Hi Veni , i am a big time follower of your journal even though i didn't post before. I don't know man , are you really sure that you wanna play with that fire again ?
With the fire that plagued you for so long and you worked that hard against it ?

In my opinion you are like Journey to freedom , another experienced guy who has defeated this addiction. He was like you , had sexual experiences in his reboot , the first time mostly unsatisfactory , but with more and more abstaining he gained the ability to have full blown erections even before taking his pants down which also lasted.
Maybe you should try this route too , in my opinion masturbating is pretty much useless , and can only harm us from now on.

I think I have build enough confidence that I'm sure I can handle it. If I feel it won't I will stop again completely.

i can only wish you good luck hoping that it will heal you and get you where you want to be.

maybe you will even get together with that girl from abroad and finally be happy with her.

Don't take me wrong, love the feedback! Really appreciate that you've read my journal as well and I really hope it will help you out. To me incorporating some MO is just an experiment, I feel that it will not set me back as long as I don't overdo it.

And about the girl, yeah who knows.

Hey don't sweat it ! I definitely didn' t take you wrong. Probably i have expressed myself in a way that made you think so. Yeah , i know what you feel like , i too lost innumerable girls due to porn especially one that i really cared about.

I also met a girl a few weeks ago which lives abroad. i liked her so much and definitely felt a connection with her even though she has a boyfriend and is a club dancer. I know the feeling of wanting to be ready for some special girl out there.

    Day 182

Woke up this morning, without wood, but what I've noticed is that if I think about it it will come up almost straight after in the morning. It honestly feels like blood is just rushing to it. Like someone who is late for work or something. Not sure whether this is a good or bad sign. After that I saw that my ex from overseas posted something on facebook with an ex of her tagged in it, which kinda sucked. I know she can do whatever she wants, but there still is some jealousy there apparently.

Went to uni afterwards, had too much coffee with friends and such, but still was able to get quite some stuff done. Also found out that this girl I've been messaging with is single again apparently, but she doesn't live in my city, so not sure if that will even lead to a date or smth.

At night I went to see Spring Breakers with a friend, there is quite a lot of sexual imaginary in there (so if you're afraid of that in this phase of your reboot: don't go see it). Actually liked the movie, because it was so absurd, I was mentally pretty aroused by some scenes, but still barely any response down there. Not sure again, whether to be happy with that or not. Oh well.

Be happy. From what i've seen it seems that we are becoming more and more aroused by real life but less and less by artificial. So the reboot is giving us a shield almost.

    Goku, I try!

    Day 183

What I forgot to mention yesterday was that I had a really tough yoga session as well yesterday, loved it though. That however means that my body feels demolished today, really really sore.. I did nevertheless have morning wood this morning, twice even, since I woke up with it, then went for another hour of sleep and when I woke up it was there still/again.

Unfortunately I didn't get much done, uni-wise, today, which kinda sucks, but tomorrow is another day.

I also started the sensual touch treatment yesterday, which fugu mentioned in his journal. Will try to keep doing it as much as possible before I go to bed to help speeding up my rewiring.

Quick question do you think yoga is helping you concerning the reboot?

Cheers, I have to say that my yoga is mainly based on stretches, not on meditation per se (its called Iyengar I think.) It's hard to say really, since I don't have something to compare it to. It however makes you focus on the movement and stance of your body and is supposed to help with improving your blood flow along your body. Overall body health will improve your erections as well, so yeah I think it is beneficial. (But then again so will a good diet or enough sleep.)

And about the MOing, I'm trying to keep the MOing at twice a week max. So far just did it once, since my last message, but I think that's the last time till next monday at least, since I guess I'll have a chance to get laid this weekend.
