Billy B. PMO is NOT an option!

    Hey guys,

If you notice anyone who has a spreadsheet on their journal could you please direct me?

I imagine I'll be able to click there and set up my own one.

Since I keep slipping (and for the next lil' bit at least am simply planning to minimise my usage) I think it will be helpful.

    All the best to youse.

Hey Billy, I know chrism uses spreadsheets. When you click on them they take you to googledocs, so I guess some guys use google docs to set up a spread sheet and share their info. It did ask me to sign in with my google account, which is in my real name, so i didn't login. 4 years ago i clicked on another guy's spreadsheet (a well known rebooter at the time) and it took me to his google spreadsheet which was under his real name- i messaged to warn him. Anyway, that's all i really know about it- there must be some anonymous options (perhaps it's just a matter of changing settings in google?)

Hope you're feeling a bit better today mate.

    Timing!

Thanks man, thats useful and impotant information! I'm actually setting up a Bullet Journal which seems a great way to (organise and) keep track of almost anything (everything, potentially), so i might just end up using that.

I am feeling better today, thank you, mate. Flipped over into my 'manic' phase I think which, while not ideal, is far preferable to the other.

I hope yr okay yrself? I'll check in on yr journal later.

    Peace to you, Bro.

Hey Billy, Good to hear you're feeling better today- don't question it, just enjoy! (you bloody earned it) I'm going well, been listening to loads of Pema Chodron on Youtube. It's easier to find time to do that than sitting down with a book, which seems like an indulgence somehow. Also people ask questions at the end of her talks which can be very helpful. She talks about addiction fairly often, and relates Buddhist teachings to it. I'll try and find a good example and post it in my journal soon. I'll check out the spreadsheet you mention. There's a lot to be said for good data. Hopefully see you round a bit more in days to come!

    Ta, mate. :)
    Glad to hear it!

    I've got data issues...

    But that sounds good!

Please do. If I can squeeze in room for porn, I'm sure I can set some data aside for Pema Dharling. ;)

It's actually touted as an 'analog system for the digital age'. I don't suppose it's for every one but I've been playing with it and so far it's working really well and has great potential. The intro video gives one a basic overview but doesn't in anyway explain it's incredible versatility.

    Yeah, I hope so!

    Onya, man.
