    Sleep deprivation, sexual thoughts, negative mindset, my willpower tiring, rubbing my dick against my mattress. this all lead me to fap without porn after like of 30 hours of beeing awake. lets restart. day 1.

    Ok so basicly, no sleep deprivation. Dont get triggered like it happened yesterday in the morning - and then get into a downward spiral during the day.
    Be aware, meditate, do yoga. Interrupt thoughts. im confident that i will make it. lets go! And lets see the positive side, i didnt use porn. I just fapped. And i didnt fap more after it, and now im pretty relaxed , no huge urges. lets go! either porn or my future wife and my children!

    Will-power is like a glass that is full at the start of the day and then empties as the day goes on. So you plan for awareness, meditation, yoga, etc. is a great way to deal with this. Another way, because this is about energy too, is to have a nap and recharge your batteries. Or have a meal, or just whatever you feel could replenish your energy sources.

    I literally started to watch porn again, this is insane. But i still went out to meet girls in the club and im gettin used to it again slowly but surely.
    I will not fap ! and meet a nice girl on friday and satuday. lets go!

    its day 1 again. interrupt thoughts! dont sleep on my belly (its insane that even ur penis rubbing ur mattress can trigger you - but lesson learned) , dont tocuh myself - and think about it. either fap or my future wife and children!

    Day 2, making sure to have proper sleeping position. beeing focused, interrupting thoughts, beeing focused and visualising meeting a great girl, gettin more awareness about social skills. not touching, working out and proper sleep and diet. lets go guys! friday and saturday is going out time again!

    Day 3, today, i was pretty loaded the whole day. high need for stimulation , feeling the feeling of boredom really fast - meditation, yoga - is really important for my progress. and looking forward to friday and saturday helps me a lot. also my sleep is stable again, which is really good.

    still , interrupt thoughts, no toching, sleep in the right position, focus on friday and saturday. workout, meditate, yoga. stay present.

    end of day 3 i really feel like fapping. but will not do it . think of friday and saturday its not that far away

    Guys, day 5! 1 day left till friday evening. The bed position change was a huge game changer. Also no touching, thought interrupt, meditate, and do enough outside of home and have this clear goal of going out on the weekend. im super exited!

    day 5 almost over. im finding myself going to the gym way more. eating better. and more aware. it was also a great decision to remove to tv from my bedroom to avoid distraction and the chance to get triggered.

    day 6, got triggered with random thoughts and gettin caught up in fantasies. but its friday and that means club time! im super exited for it!
    also the gym gave me weird tension in my shoulders, which made my state pretty bad. will fix that with some massage.

    otherwise, meditate, interrupt thoughts, proper food - and lets goooo! tomorrow is day 7 - and saturday! im super happy - its weekeeeend yesss

    fapped few times on saturday, without porn on day 7 - didnt fap after. now im starting day 4 again.
    fapping without porn, once per week - but FAPPING a lot like 3-4 times - helps me to release pressure, but also make me "full" - so i dont have the need for more fapping for a few days. after 3-4 days, the urges start again, and i need a little bit of disicipline but in overall i get used to orgasm maybe 1 in 7 days, and my drive is higher and i feel better most of the time.

    i will test if this is something that works for me. i dont have any cravnings for porn at all. i think i didnt watch porn for like 3 weeks. and have no need for it.

    Got used to fapping again. Didnt have any motivation to approach girls in the club, started to fap wihtout even have a huge drive, just for the sake of orgasm lol. so retarded.
    have a date tomorrow and im not even motivated to go there and think about canceling it. will probably still go.

    this is what fapping makes of me. day 1 lets restart lol.

    Day 2, observing myself how i get instantly back to the bad habbits. random touching my dick, thoughts, no visualisation of why i dont want to fap and so on.
    lets refocus.

    dont touch, interrupt thoughts, focus on power and energy! either my wife or fapping!

    Day 2 is almost over. I see and understand now why porn is such a big thing for me. Im not really addicted to porn or masturbation, in the classical sense like guys are here. actually, i could go without porn and i never really crave it. masturbation is a little harder.
    but what it does for me is that it starts a chain of other bad habbits and infects all my other areas of lief. So until i dont have a strong foundation that can also live with fapping - i will ELIMINATE it .

    lets go!

    Lesson: Dont get to horny with a girl when on nofap. The trigger it creates is huge. I felt super tensiod and bad after it, fappign was my only way to release it. (or maybe thats just a believe and i should have interrupt my thoughts, and release my energy some other way).

    either way, today is day 1 again . lets go. had some sexual thoughts of thinking of yesterday, but will interuppt from now on.

    Day 2 ist there. No huge urges, super relaxed. Interrupt thoughts, im still touching too much based on habbit. will interrupt this also!
    focus on energy, clean diet, meditation, drinking lots of water. these things make a insane difference.

    also keeping this journal here, helps me to get back faster if i fall off track. before i always just had a pause because i felt uncomfortable writing or thinking about this topic once i relapsed but now this is the biggest priority since it also effects my awareness and discipline and my lessons after a relapse.
    lets go!

    the good thing is: i have literally ZERO need to watch porn. i watched porn 2 times in the last almost 2 months. and these 2 times was out of boredom, not because i wanted to watch it. this is a great sign.

    i will go to day 4 on saturday and then go out with a completly different drive then last saturday. last saturday i wasnt motivated to go out at all because of all the fapping!

    I also see a clear correlation between other bad habbits and fapping/porn and why porn can become so bad for me. if i use my laptop in bed (which is a horrible habbit - for SEVERAL reasons), i feel worse in my body, my body has more tension, because of the bad body position and im also more likely to just do timewasting stuff on my laptop.

    this leads to more fapping, less producitviity, worse feeling about myself and into more unconciousness and therefore to more fap, less workout, less beeing social - and so on. its insane how these big major bad habbit can make such a big difference - so its about having a clean set of habbits in life in general!
