    totally got lost into fap momentum again. i automaticly without thinking, just as a habbit, without a huge urge, fapped on day 2 in the evening. and since then everyday.

    i want to go to the habbit of just fapping every 7 day once as a first step. removing the habbit of fapping out of boredom and things like that. lets go guys. i will fap in 7 days IF I really feel like it and i need it. but not before that. and will write down every thought or urge i have between these 7 days.

    why do i wanna do it?

    im always gettin into big energy spikes after 2-3 days. wanna meet chicks, wanna go out. which is awesome. it makes me more likely to interact wiht people and my goal is to meet a great girlfriend . if i would just have these spikes once per week, it would combine to great end result over a year or more. instead im fapping everyday - which kills my drive.

    Im inventing my own system based on what i learned about myself and how i behave.

    here it is:

    i will not fap 6 days per week - to get into a spiral of energy and drive 2-3 days per week.
    and on the 7th day i will fap how many times i want.

    why this system?

    it will give me more energy over a perioud of 1 year.
    i wil be more driven, more days per week.
    i will still have something to release my energy, once per week and can use this as a mental motivation to follow through for the rest of the 6 days.

    i will test it for 3 months and see how it goes.

    lets go for it.

    day 1 of 6 is gettin started. my brain wanted to fap in the morning, but then i remembered my new goals. 6 days no fap , 1 day fap per week. and didnt do it.

    lets fight, its about willpower, discipline and energy. my benefits will be huge that i will gain from this.

    my natural drive to go out and approach chicks is way higher. i can feel it. unfortunately its christmas and no one is out. but i will still try to meet some girls.

    Take your time brainy, your T-levels usually reach a natural high after about 10-12 days. At least, that's how I roll. Always on day 11 or 12 I have a wet dream. And yet again, 12 days NO MO and NO P I slept not too well and I woke up with in a soaking bed cover.
    But it is a sign the body is recovering; it is the natural drive you are talking about. Keep on this track and maybe in a few days you can have some fun on NYE :D

    Dude this is the worst fucking idea ever. You are not taking care of your addiction, this is giving a wild card to ruin yourself into oblivion. Go out and do something to release your energy; take up a hobby -write, call friends and play a video game. Wanking is stupid. Get out NOW!

    Guys, thats it. After countless tries, after seeing insanely obviously how positivly effected i get by not watching porn or masturbating. After countless feedback of friends and insane low motivation after i fap to meet other girls and people - after countless tries of "reducing porn". Thats it.

    I have enough.

    I will totally quit PORN - FOREVER!!! And i will use a strong reframe for it. Everytime i decide to watch porn im killing my future wife and my child. because i will never meet them and my child will never be born. Thats reality.

    This will help me to stay away from this illusion and this insane devil. Its enough.

    Im ready to make this change in my life!!

    im almost 30 and im struggling like super hell with woman and motivation. And this will turn really bad if i dont get it NOW under control.

    I will also learn something about the harm of porn everyday. So i have it in my awareness. Even if its just 3 Minutes per day. its enough to refresh my mind.

    Today is day 1. Lets go guys!

    i will block all pornsites from my computer.

    Day 2, touched my dick here and there out of habbit. But no way i will fap or watch porn. Its either my future wife , my potential family or porn. There is no other extreme!! NO TOUCHING, NO PORN THOGUHTS!! INTERRUPT!! FOCUS ON ENERGY!! YES LETS GO!

    Yup... you have to be clean if you want to break the addiction and change your brain. A week, 10 days, etc will not help. If you really want to meet that girl and have a normal life with her and normal sex, you will cut porn out forever.

    Yes thats true!

    Day 3 today, so far pretty easy. Thoughts come up about sex, but i try to interrupt them as fast as possible and it works well so far.
    I cant win the battle if im too deep in the thoughts to the way to do it stays the same:

    NO TOUCHING
    INSTANTLY THOUGHTS INTERRUPT
    FOCUS ON ENERGY AND DO HAVE A ACTIVE LIFE

    restarted going to the gym today after 2 weeks of break. Started with a light workout, felt good. Will go out today to meet people.

    Day 4 today. STILL INTERRUPT THOUGHTS! no touching! Focus on energy!

    i had a huge night outside yesteday, was super social. my mood was really positive and stable. Saying goodbye to porn is like saying goodbye to a toxic relationsship. im finally free for new woman and other people. either porn or my future wife and children and family. thats what i have to remind mindself everyday!

    Day 4 almost over. interrupting the thoughts is the absolut key to success. instantly as soon as i get into a thought loop. interrupt interrupt interrupt.

    this makes the whole thing so much easier.

    Day 5- interrupting thoughts! a few thoughts came up yesterday, some went on for 30-40 seconds before i interrupted them. But then i did and got back on track. interrupting is key key key! also exhausting myself with playing football, which is great for not building up too much energy.

    also i want to fix my diet. and gettin more concious about it.i think thats another key thing!

    day 6 starts. this game is so easy if you are just able to never go into a sexual thought loopwhole. this is how i went to 36 37 days of nofap before.

    its important to not go into chaser effect, not to come at all. still be really active but way more then beeing active its about to interrupt the thoughts.

    and to have a great mantra.

    either porn or my future wife, children and family!

    day 6, got into a critical situation. got caught up watching some sexual stuff for 2 minutes. after it my brain was urging.
    but took a deep breath, got aware about the situation and after 10 minutes it was gone.

    this shows the power of small mistakes that can lead into relapse. i cant fight it once im there. so not gettin into thoughts is the way to win.

    interrupt thoughts! friday and saturday is going out time and im really looking forward to it.
