day 3. restarting.
day 4. super easy.
day 5 . yesterday was a little bit tough, because i didnt sleep well - but i took my lessons out of that and adjusted - and sleep was way better today.
day 6. im on a easier role again. and i found some nutrition allergies and high sensitivities that effected my life in a pretty big way.
had sex yesterday and i noticed that i dont enjoy it even though i enjoy it physically, i need to do it with a girl i have a emotional connection with. huge next level.
day 3 - everything easy.
day 4 i know myself better and better everyday and i feel better and better.
day 1. taking it slow currently, i see and know now way better when i just need to release the fap and when not to.
I haven't read your whole journal but I want to ask if you've tried the following things.
Have you read My Thoughts on Rebooting by The Underdog? It's the master guide for quitting porn and masturbation. Have you got blocking on all your devices? Have you got a life plan? I used to have an urge to fap multiple times a day, but it only went away with some psychological healing that I got from revisiting scenarios and places where I had a difficult time before. Maybe you might need some of that too. Anyway all those tips have helped me and I hope they can help you.

back on focus road again. day 1 - my diet is the most important part - it effects my sleep and my sleep effects my urges.
i handled both yesterday - now i feel ready again.
day 2 - removing sugar was the key to get my urges under control.
day 2, having a potential girl to date always shifts my motivation.
