    overtrained a bit 2 days ago, was all of the sudden pretty open for urges- fapped then.

    balance is still gettin better.

    day 3- gettin consistency and improvements in my concistency and improvements itself.
    interrupting thoughts about future or random stuff, the same way i interrupted thoughts about porn and fapping . now im implementing all these learnings in the other parts of my life and i benefit also for fapping for it.

    also i feel really alligned in general and started to give myself affirmations to also allign my thoughts with my external allignment that i have. feeling really good.

    its interesting also to see that i feel the downsides of not having sex approximatly after 7 days. so thats also good to see to know what and how much is important for my well being.

    day 3 pretty easy so far.

    ate too little yesterday, then ate late - underestimated how the effect of digestion effects my body - i got cravings all of the sudden and i also didnt feel really good. my thought started to become pretty negative and depressed and i fapped.
    lets restart day 1.

    pretty decent so far today. feeling good. will take some time till i get my drive back probably 2-3 days. but im aware of it.

    not even trying to not fap right now because im adjusting other stuff with more priority in my life .

    day 1 today.

    alligning everything to really great level. not focusing so much on nofap right now because i want to allign it first which will take a few days.
    day 1 - i will just observe and i will fap if i feel any urge to do it that is effecting my rest of the life. and see what happens.

    day 1 - think im slowly gettin back to my pace. i see how slight differences make a big difference in regards of urges and habbits. but i was always so used to making changes all the time that i was never able to see the big difference and time that our body and mind needs to adapt to things.

    day 2. - im on track again. everything feels so next level. im making emotion distinctions and discoveries that improve my life everyday.

    day 3 - got it. my life is now just insanely sick. i feel it. lets see how this new level will turn out in the next 2-4 weeks.

    day 4 - i have control about my enviorenment - therefore i reduce chance of gettin triggered- therefore i reduce chance of fapping and increase chance of having control about myself.

    my sexual drive is pretty awake today. its interesting what it does to my body. im just observing.

    Im starting to become aware about how also fantasies and what kind of fantasies are influencing ur state of mind after u fap.
    or also about how aware you are when you had sex, and how you drifted away about thinking about fantasies or other girls can influence also when u have sex how you feel after it.

    also i got aware about the physioscial and physical need for sex and a strategy to satisfy the need without gettin ur life out of balance.
    the more sensitive you are the more you have to be careful that your love life strategy doesnt get frustrated itself and you end up chasing girls in a way that throws you out of balance in life.

    all these things start to make sense and start to become practical in my head. i was doing many things wrong and that fucked up something that obvious. it was way less about the things that i was doing but about the things that i should just not do to get what i want.

    having urges, but this time its different. its not some thoughts or pictures in my head - its my pure sexual drive. so basicly im at a healthly normal level now. feels really interesting.

    day 5, feeling just amazing. and other then before, its not the nofap. the day5 is just the result of me feeling amazing and structured and good in the first place.

    day 6, made some mistakes yesterday like drinking a glass of whine or working out too intense. feeling it today - will take it easy today and not risk anything.
    probably skip my workout - and lower the expectations on myself today.

    day 7 - life is interconnected - and more complex but still more interconnected then we think. thats what i learn everyday - more and more. theres no day i dont learn a new think - its insane.

    day 8, everything going smooth. things are really decent. im happy.
