    was completly full from fapping. this is the great thing about where i am and my personality. if im full im full and its easy for me to recover.
    also i build on expanding my sexuality and got aware about that.

    lets go just tomorrow no fap no porn , interrupt thoughts. focus on my drive.
    next fap day is sunday. not before!

    Been 17 days since i had sex the last time. fapped everyday since friday.
    was pretty exhausted from football game + from going out every night last week. but now i took my time and break and recovered my energy.

    also i brought my diet to the next level - feeling better . will not fap today.

    moving if i get triggered
    focus on energy.
    focus on having sex soon.

    Finally made it without fapping one day yesterday.
    its day 2 today. feeling my drive coming back a little bit more, the difference between fapping every day and even just taking a break for 1 day is really big.

    weekend is going out time, so i will keep my energy for me and i have to see and visualise my sperm in my balls as energy again.

    felt bad , ate bad stuff, tired from my sleeping rhytm. fapped 2 times yesterday but learned something about myself.

    Will fix my sleeping patterns, wake up early again. go out just 2 times per week, otherwise meet woman some other way. get balance in my life again.
    the waking up late leads to a downward spiral of bad decisions and cravings. all of the sudden im eating bad food again, fapping, watching porn, watching tv shows all the time, and wasting time and feeling unmotivated in general.

    will fix this in the next 2-3 days and then get back to my normal life.

    20 hours without fapping and porn. im engaged, the waking up early makes a huge difference. will go to bed early today. also. lets rock life!

    day is almost over, my power is completly different, im on a positive spiral again. its the first day that im not having cravings for dopamine for weeks.

    fapped 2 times, again 1 time to porn. rebalancing my life cost me a lots of willpower. will be probably back tomorrow. then read all the posts of mine here, reconnect with why i didnt want to watch porn and fap. reconnect with my stronger self again. and not judge what i did the last weeks. everyone is weak sometimes. i was strong before, i will be strong again. lets go!

    Will remove my phone, tv and computer from home. So that i get a completly screenfree home. It will make me avoid triggers. and also make me remove myself from this addiction of constant stimulation.
    also will start interrupting my thoughts extremly from the first second from now on. this is the key. interrupting!

    if i dont interrupt early enough - things are gonna get really tough really fast.

    INTERRUPT INTERRUPT INTERRUPT THOUGHTS of fapping or sex.

    this is the way to go, also commited to my friends with money to not fap in the next days. still no computer, no phone, no tv at home. lets rock it!

    Not being scared of boredom, being ok with being understimulated, learning to deal with it. i think this is a major major thing.
    i see how i am thinking that "something is not right" if i feel understimulated or bored. but this is also life and being ok with it is a major key for everything.
    if i cant deal with boredom and think its something that shoud not happen, i will always panic and take the first best option if the feeling appears.
    but if im ok with it, and i can let it be - and not panic - then i have freedom all of the sudden.

    i got thoughts, feelings, of craves. but interrupted. also being screenfree at home makes a huge difference in combination with the limitation of maximum tabs i can open on my computer.

    im becoming more and focused. and im gettin closer and closer to becoming a focused person. the last 3 weeks made me do this big step of becoming completly screenfree at home - so they were good.

    DAY 2 is almost over. because i have no screens, tv and phone at home there is no danger to watch porn. just to fap. but to not do this i just have to interrupt my thoughts and dont touch. im feeling my control and energy of my life coming back.

    i didnt watch any entertaining stuff, any news sites, and sportsites. im makking it in life.

    Its the first day 3 for weeks. and it was really easy. removing all the screens from my home, limiting tabs, waking up early, not eating shit - thats the key.

    oh yeah and interrupting thoughts
