    Hello lads,

    I'm a 21 year old British guy who recently moved to Berlin when I was offered a position at the office there. Still adjusting, but I feel welcome here and really like the city so far. I've been an eager wanker for the past 8 years or so, and it's time to put an end to an ugly habit. Found YBOP and the pieces fell into place and here I am.

    Now to my problems that are becoming increasingly bothersome:

    * ED
    * Anxiety
    * Introvert
    * Fear of people
    * Depression
    * Lack of willpower, drive and motivation
    * Anti-social tendencies
    * A "why bother/I can't for the love of God see the fun in it/too much trouble/bugger off" attitude that keeps me at home and prevents me from doing...anything except work really.

    Let's see what a 90 day reboot will do for me...

    I want someplace to journal my thoughts, but I'll update quite infrequently. If someone wishes to post here then that's fine, if not, that's cool too(you're still a bro).

    Full relapse on the 30th.

    Been going clean from porn since 1st of october and masturbated yesterday for the first time without any porn. Only came once and that was enough. Next time will be a week or more before release. I was just careless and bored, but blimey, I was so sensitive it was ridiculous. A few light strikes and that was all it took!

    I look forward to the next few weeks. A bit over 90 days until new years and by then I'll be free from porn with help from my willpower and God.

    P: 4 days
    MO: 1 days

    Lord Vader, welcome on board! ;)

    Those are quite common symptoms. If they won't disappear completely, they'll weaken. ;) I never realised that those are affecting me as well until I did this reboot. :)

    May the force be with you! ;)
