Is there any other groups for mid 20's, because I'm the exact age your looking for. I'm 23

Maybe you should have the courtesy to reply to people who take the time to write to you.You just ignored my and everyone else's opinion about the chatroom and i was highly offended by it.

Hi Metal, it seems you've stopped posting in here, but I'll still put my questions in here:

How long after the fasting did you see benefits in terms of ED?

Right now in the middle of my fast I don't see any improvement, I'm in a flatline and my dick & balls size varies every day.

Take Underdogs seat if he doesn't want to be in a group.

Is it safe to try intermittent fasting when I am 19? Won't it impact my growth or something? I've been thinking of doing it.

I didn't feel any benefits during the fast it was only after I resumed eating that I noticed the benefits. Remember your body is going through a massive detox so don't expect to feel good at all during that time, expect to feel no energy, weak and tired. The last thing your mind and body will be thinking of is sex. This is why spiritual masters fast too because it makes abstinence easier.

But afterwards you will feel the difference and that's when I noticed consistent spontaneous erections come back and no matter how much I slipped I could still get it up and not have to worry. Just hang in there and be patient. You're doing one of the best things you can ever do for your body and mind.

    Thanks for the reassurance.

It's pretty hard atm to fast because I can smell every cooked meal in the entire building, lol.
Or everywhere I go. But I'll get through this phase. I know that after a week your mind stops fighting your efforts.

Yeah the look and smell of food is sooo tempting, but that's the challenge of the fast. I wish I could do it for so long but I'd lose too much weight. But eating raw is a way of detoxing but at a slower rate so that's something I'm working towards doing again and making it a lifetime thing. Eating meat and the standard western diet is not good for the body and I feel the tiredness after a while. But when eating raw, i had boundless energy, my skin was flawless and could think so sharply.

Can't wait to get bacjk at that stage.

I see no reason why it shouldn't be safe. As long as you take an appropriate nutrient content (what means: healthy) and don't take IF as a reason to eat shit (many guys I know do that ::) ), try it out.

Eating six meals or more is merely another "new" way of eating. This doesn't mean that it is the right and only way.

Hey guys. I relapsed after 27 days. I don't think there was major damage though cos it happened so fast I only saw about 3 minutes porn. But PMO is PMO, I'm not gonna lie. I'm quite pleased that I managed to control myself from doing it twice though. Normally if I relapse I'll just sneak one or two more in before I reset my counter, but not this time, straight back on the horse. I do have some urges to do it again but I'm in control at the moment.

So, not good but not terrible.

Aussie, if you're reading this I hope you're doing OK and you get what you need in your time away from the forum.

I don't think its worked out. But like aussie said in his journal, it's unrealistic to rely on help from others through the net.

I'll definitely be doing the workshop.

It's no ones fault this group thing hasn't worked out - the fact is we are addicts and the most important thing in our lives is our own struggles, not helping out some random dude on the internet when he's having a hard day.No point in bullshiting about it that's just the way it is.some people get more support than others - it sucks but again, that's just life, and the internet and the human condition lol.

we're not professionals - so if anyone is struggling, all i can suggest is therapy - it's helped me so much just having someone to talk to face to face and open up/vent to.Typing on a forum and getting no reply/days to get a reply can really be bad for us,it was for me but fuck that shit - no point in taking shit personally here or anywhere for that matter.

Well too be honest I did the recovery nation workshop until day 8 and realised it wasn't doing much for me so kinda lost interest. The thing is its all online and basically reading information to yourself and completing tasks which then become a chore as you receive no feedback, which then leads you to think, what's the point.

This is why I'm just waiting until I can do real face to face therapy and at the moment not too overly concerned with how far into recovery I am at this point. I'm nearly 9 days clean but if I have some sex during this time I'm not going to beat myself over it like I did previously.

Well today I'm going to purchase this book by a dr once my kindle has re-charged and it's called ''Treating Pornography Addiction: The Essential Tools for Recovery'' and it's meant to be a good book.

I can't remember if I've read it before but at least I don't think I have. So if you finished the ten keys loro maybe this book is worth looking into now as well.

problem is I'm on a very tight budget so I don't buy books very often. If it's not in the library or free online I can't read it
