Thank you. Workout and meditation will help for sure. It helps me a lot. I don't use guided meditation now. But I started with guided meditation. We will get through this , we are on the right path.

In case of PIED , you need to rewire with a partner. So, I believe if you have gone more than 3 months without PMO, you can start having sex. Although you may not perform in the beginning ,your brain rewires every time you try to have sex or just stay around a partner.

If you suffer from severe PIED, 6 MONTHS of solid recovery is needed to rebalance your brain's dopamine receptors good enough for erection to occur.

Many people say morning wood is great sign of progress. If you are having occasional MW that's a great sign. Although , people report successful sex in absence of MW as well.

    Some Sings of recovery.

    1. Your penis hangs lower and looks healthy.
    2. You don't crave PMO anymore.
    3. You get morning wood.
    4. You can achieve an erection by gently stimulating your penis without fantasy .

Mine is a severe case.. and there is a girl who is asking for sex. But I don't feel ready. also don't know what to say to her.. I have been on and off on this journey but this time going strong with no pmo in the last 4 weeks I guess I gotta wait for a few more months.. and its gonna be my first time so I guess I'll have to use a pill. Damn this porn and masturbation has taken so many opportunities away from us

    Day 23

I'm spending my time reading books and working on my English. I don't think about PMO at all. It's like I was never a PMO addict. On the other hand I feel like my motivation is coming back for life. Anxiety has reduced significantly.
I have managed to use internet and my phone for my advantage instead of just mindlessly surfing through junk yard of information.

Although, I feel like asexual around women but I don't really care as long as I have a mind that is calm and motivated to do things that really matter. I believe, the reason I feel asexual is because my brain doesn't have any neural wiring to real women. My brain simply doesn't recognize any reward in spite of I intellectually realizing how I should feel when I look at women. Although my brain is unable to produce any arousal or erotic feelings at this moment this is not a permanent condition. Once I start getting intimate with a woman my brain will learn to get aroused, it may take time but eventually everything is going to be fine.

Hey dude. You could try to have sex with her and see what happens. You run the risk of not being able to perform. While she might not be happy, how do you handle the disappointment? Do you get embarrassed about it? If so, then you're like me in that regard, and you want to hold off a while longer.

I just completed two months of no PMO and just had successful sex this past weekend for the first time in a long time. Everyone is different and moves at different speeds. I had been flatlined for a while so I didn't even think sex would work. It was also an unexpected event, in that I wasn't going into the evening prepared to have sex. That sort of random event meant there was no fantasy buildup for me.

I would avoid using any libido pills. You want your brain to reboot/rewire as naturally as possible. Giving it a boost can also give it a crutch, thus lengthening your reboot/rewire timeline.

Thanks for the reply mate. But then it's going to be my first time having sex so I'm a bit nervous as I don't have any confidence atm

Oh I missed that earlier. I see you said that.

okay, new ballgame them. The first time is always nerve-wracking. Do you like this woman? Do you trust her? You want the first time to be somewhat special and as stress free as possible, especially as it is already stressful as the first time.

I believe you are spot on here mate. I felt asexual for the last month, but then suddenly when thing got hot and heavy with the woman I like, it all came roaring back and worked like it was supposed to. The re-wiring phase though is super important. Rebooting lasts for life (staying off porn) but rewiring to a real human being is the hurdle to get over porn.

Everything is going to work out and be just fine!

    Day 31

    Everything is going really well.

    Day 1

    Relapse-3 :-
After getting high on marijuana I PMOed 3 times in 3 hours.

    Total MO- 2
    Total PMO - 3
    In last 55 Days.

I should not have smoked cannabis.
All my major relapses happened after getting high or drunk. I was doing really well and decided to get high today. And after my friends left I ended up relapsing. Now , I'm in a anxious state of mind, feeling absolutely terrible for what I have done. Same mistakes again and again.
I didn't even enjoy watching porn at all. Huge mistake. Feeling really bad.

    The journey starts again.

God to know the relapse trigger. That's something that can be easily avoided for the future!

Yes its good to identity a trigger, IMO if you enjoy cannabis you shouldn't quit just because it made you relapse.. I'd try it again in the future fully conscious so I know I have control when I'm UTI, know that I have willpower.. You're not the same, you're more aware of the situation and you have learnt and help others learn, you should be proud. I understand the current feelings but (fortunately or unfortunately) time flies and you'll be breaking your record in no time.. There is something in -whatever- Day 1's that make me super motivated and ambitious, its a new cicle.

    You've got this, man.

    Day 1

    Relapse 4
:- Relapsed again. PMOed once and then MOed once while I was taking a bath.

    Total MO- 3
    Total PMO - 4
    In last 55 Days

I was thinking about last night. I was kind of depressed. And I am not in my right mind, I guess. I don't really want to write anything at this moment.

Since last week I have stopped using my smart phone.. I use a basic samsung phone! And only use my smart phone for an hour a day just to check important msgs and staying connected with Friends. Feels amazing not wasting time on my phone and actually getting things done.

Day 1 : The beginning of a new chapter.

Yesterday, after Masturbating in the bathroom I took a bath and came out of the bathroom at 01:58PM (9th June) .
I was completely numb at that moment. I had no idea why I did what I did. I was unable to think properly. Every time I smoked cannabis I ended up with a relapse. And this was a devastating relapse. The thing is when I'm high, I think and reason completely differently.
Anyways there is nothing I can do to change what happened in the past, the only thing I can do is to learn from this experience and prevent this from happening in the future.
I'm not saying cannabis or alcohol make people relapse. All I'm saying is that most of my PMO relapse happened when I was under the influence of drugs. 464 Days ago, I started my journey to reach 90 Days without PMO. In this 15 months, My highest streak was 51. And this is going to change now. Thank you everyone for your support and comments. I have completed 20 Hours since I last masturbated.

I'm on my feet again. Last night I got drunk but didn't get any urge to watch porn or masturbate. Porn and Masturbation is the problem. I believe this time I will go beyond 90 days without Porn and Masturbation.

    Day 1

    Relapse 5:- A quick PMO.

    Total MO- 3
    Total PMO - 5
    In last 57 Days

Last few days have been really difficult for me. I will not give up. Feeling really lost though .

As in a lot of situations day 1 is always the most difficult, binge relapsing is really common.

The question here is, are you common? Are you like most people?
Also, do you want quick easy orgasms or you want to connect with a beautiful person?

Sometimes is good to be reminded that EVERYTHING that is worth in life, requires a long term commitment.
Eyes on the prize, my guy. (y)
