That is interesting. One never knows until you dig in deep. Ive been to a psychiatrist about 10 years ago. Nothing came out. Maybe the wrong person. You never know. I say never say never. It's possible. Thank you for your comment.

Erm yeah, even though we may not realise it, like Squire said, we're more likely to seek this kind of 'medication' when we are bored, tired or frustrated etc. Sometimes it can be deep rooted issues which could involve therapy but other times it's more basic stuff. To give you an example, I've often turned to P in times of stress or boredom - for a little while it helps me to forget everything and feel good. I fire up that browser and my emotional state changes. Suddenly I get a mental and physical rush of excitement and the previous feelings of stress and boredom (temporarily) vanish. However, after the event, as I'm sure you know, those negative feelings return and are intensified. The point being, we need to find healthier ways of managing our emotions. See if you can bring more awareness to your feelings over the next few days.

GOOD JOB! And judging from your avatar photo, abstinence has given you such a nice clear complexion. I don't see a single blemish . . . :D

I, on the other hand, as you can see from my picture, wear a trash can on my head...

Humor is the best medicine Squire. Yes i chose the avatar, it's kinda a symbol for me to break down barriers to the bare bone. The core you. Once you have done that start rebuilding. But I must say it is not the prettiest avatar available :D. With the trash can you look kinda strong. So far you are beating be by 8 days :p.
If you don't laugh at yourself you are missing all the best jokes.
Anyway, good Sunday, went for a short 'mountain' hike this morning and worked on some scientific articles, of which I published one online. I will continue reading "The Man in the Ice". Should keep me busy and away from any bad stuff :p

Dang. It's not fair. You're athletic and super-intelligent. And skinny. Very skinny. Obviously 0% body fat.

    Sigh.

My diet is not going well....

The best thing to keep you off porn is to have a network error cause by Windows update and that perpetually asks for your Network Credentials.
Been battling with this for two days and have not even thought about porn:)
It's a double ended sword, so do I thank Microsoft or curse at them.

Best medicine not to go on sites is working really hard. It works.

Dude we all commiserate about how much worse our addictions got after internet made it so accessible yada yada yada but hey, who says we have to have internet or a computer at all at home? If it's required for our work, it's possible to block everything except work-related sites. This approach is part of what has got my latest streak really rollin with no end in site.
