    I went 10 months no porn, managed to have sex again with my girlfriend.

    We broke up and I relapsed, just masturbation but my penis has since gone back into flatline. It's shrunk to nothingness and I can't get it up.

    Has masturbation set me back to square one?

    Gav no one can help you but yourself. Clearly it set you back. The only way to get rid of this is to abstain, no sex, no masturbation, and no porn for many months. Have you done that for 6 to 12 months?
