    Any success stories with guys curing their Pelvic Floor Dysfunction or tightness from rebooting? This is usually caused by long edging sessions.

    Not actually heard of this from edging. Tbh most "endurance" advice I've heard is to practice edging... Obviously not done this myself since rebooting as I edged loads to pmo.

    My dick works fine again and i have had succesfull sex with it. Sensitivity got better, it was last thing that did, erection got better first but ejaculation still did feel like nothing. Now both are okay, i did edge and had long sessions thorough ten years addicted, i had zero sensitivity, orgasm were lame and depression afterwards was really bad. Nothing of those anymore.

    Thats the depressing part. It took a long time!! For years it seemed my dick is beyond repair, i was really down about it at the time. Lots of failures at that department but somehow after long whiles it became better. Now its normal dick and it feels odd, to have normal dick. Upgrades are plentifull and still kinda in awe about them. Porn has such a amazing hold on people its throughout amazing.

    Yeah a few. From dead useless limp piece of meat to normal dick with minutes hard boners to any girl (if horny enough :D) And i usually am way too horny

    Just found this thread. To fix of tightness you will need to do more than reboot. Abstaining from MO will help but you need to do reverse kegels as well as stretches to lengthen and relax muscles in and around the pelvic floor. Google the HANs protocol.

    I too suffered from this problem and my tightness has gone in around 2-3 months

    I can vouch for that. pelvic floor excersizes and no MO can do miracles and kegels/ pelvic floor workout espc are important. They truly did great things for me! Dick needs some workout to function, for some reason pmo'ing and the lifestyle eats your muscles. I had all sort of pissing and sweating problems in my groins and testies when i pmo'd thank god they are gone.

    Reverse kegels not kegels if you are experiencing tightness.. doing more kegels will cause tightness to increase !! You can go back to kegels after you have reduced tightness

    So are there any stretching/yoga exercises that you would recommend? I beat my addiction to porn but now I have this problem. Ugh it feels so messed up sometimes.
