Reading the comments makes me want to lose trust in humanity. Some of those guys have clear addictions and will probably be in thos forum sooner or later.

We don't need Pamela Anderson telling us that all porn is evil and all pornstars are abused. I think we can figure out that a lot of the industry is abusive to performers, and porn can really mess up our minds.

Porn doesn't need to be abusive to women, I've posted examples in the past.
If the only way to beat your porn addiction is to believe that having sex on camera is only something drugged up mentally unstable people do, then you may want to look for other motivation, lest you find yourself relapsing.

I've tried this myself, I really have. I've told myself in the past that all porn is the same, and all porn is abusive, and I should only stay away from it because it hurts all women.

It wasn't difficult for my brain to rationalize it's way around that one, because it's a fundamentally flawed concept, that I don't really believe in. Once I was honest with myself that not all porn is abusive, I was able to finally achieve moderation and only occasionally relapse to morally sound porn (within reason, everyone's moral's are slightly different).

This way I avoid the depression and the escalation.
I don't say any of this to try and convince anyone that the majority of the porn industry is rainbows and fun times, I know that abuse is common in this industry. If you lump all porn in the same boat as "evil" then you better have some very strong motivation for doing so, or you'll just end up depressed and beating yourself up.

Cut down on the porn for YOU, you are doing this for YOU, not because all porn is evil. You want to be less depressed, you want more energy, you want to be more confident with women. Stop beating yourselves up, stop holding yourselves to some arbitrary 90 days reboot plan, it's like doing a 90 days weight loss plan even though everyone's body is different.
