    looks like a lot of pseudoscience new age bull shit that doesn't pertain to recovering from PIED. Doing all of those things will just keep you in the loop of consistently relapsing.
    If you've had PIED long enough chances are you have forgotten that YOU DON'T NEED ANY PHYSICAL STIMULATION TO GET AN ERECTION.

    If you reboot long enough you'll attain normal arousal over time.

    I am close to my 130days on noporn. The problem is big for me...if I see a random bikini pic on facebook...I get the rush but in real life I feel nothing.
    I was to the pool, and even in the presence of topless young girls I didn't felt nothing. Even with my girlfriend I did not feel nothing...but when I see a random nude in a artistic movie...oh man...
    So...130days in and I am still addicted to pixels, to porn...and no response in real live, even in close presence of topless girls on the pool.
    It's so sad...
    Also tryed to kickstart my libido with my girlfriend...don't work...tryied then with MO, don't work.
    I try to find a way to recover from this shit.

    You need to give your dopamine receptors a break. Stop porn, sex, masturbation and any intentional physical stimulation until you get back to baseline.
