I have something wrong with my Pelvic floor. But it's really hard to know how to fix it. I did reversed kegels for a few days and then had the hardest erections I've had in years. I thought I was going to be cured. Then countinuing for a few days I had 60% morning wood or something which hasn't happened it years either. Then the progress just stopped and I went back to the usual terrible erections. I just thought the muscles down there needed stretch or something but now I'm not sure.

I have started doing regular kegels/reverse kegels and massaging to try to get that effect I got from it at first. I've been posting on pegym about this too and people are saying it's probably just all in my head.
I haven't had an erection in over 6 years that would've been enough for sex. Could that all really be because of minor depression? I've been depressed the whole period during I've had this condition but..everyone seems to be sure it's psychological. Could it be?

My health is great apart from my stress/depression, then that seems to be the most likely cause of my problems if you think about it. I got really high testosterone. But why don't ED medication work for me? In 6 years I have been happy in small periods of time, shouldn't the erection atleast return sometime with atleast a 70% erection?

It's just so hard when you don't KNOW the cause. Could be PIED(rebooting shows no progress, problems started to early),Psychological(why don't ED meds work?), Pelvic floor issues(This should affect more people)

PIED is physiological (brain pathways/wiring changes) not psychological. The problem is in the brain not giving strong enough dopamine signals to trigger a strong erection due to prolonged use of porn keeping dopamine high. Your pelvic floor imbalance shouldn't really stop a strong arousal erection driven from your brain.

Yeah , gotta agree with gameover , pied.
Also , i dont have internet on my pc , and the mobile doesn't seem to work good on pegym.com.
Can someone make a thread and ask there if the kegel after urinating to get the last drops out or defecating is normal ? or are we the ones insane and freaking out over a normal thing ?
It seems they are far more knowledgeable on this pelvic floor thing than us.

On there list of symptoms of pelvic floor imbalance there wasn't such a thing as we are saying here ( the urination situation)

Yeah gameover , and from what i have read on this thread it seems that it isnt normal to do so. also , my friend whom i asked about this seemed to confirm this thing saying he doesn' t do such a thing.
Or who knows maybe he didn't quite get it , or it can be ok to do either. That's why i've said somebody should ask the guys from pegym.com , seeing that they are far more knowledgeable on the subject.

From what i've read on the internet thus far , the pc muscle has a role in the normal urination and defecation. When it is faulty it leads to incontinence , not what we are talking about. At least that's the most thât i've found or is currently known mainstream.
Maybe Gary can come and illuminate us or some other successfull rebooter.

Trust me I've done my reading, and if you would have read my message too you would've seen I didn't say PIED is psychological. I know the theory about PIED, but it started to soon for me to be that). I had as severe erection problems as I have now when I was 15. After 1 year of mild porn consumption? Don't think so. Also I didn't even se slight progress within months of no PMO.

Strange how you always dismiss every other reason for erection issues other than PIED. I'm sure PIED does exist and it might have aggrevated my problem but i'm also sure it's not the main cause.

The question I asked was, can depression alone cause this severe erection issues that i've been having since 15 years old. I've been searching the net for years about erection issues and i've never even read a single case where psychological issues have caused problems even remotely as severe as mine.

Dude have you literally went MONTHS WITHOUT PORN , MASTURBATION AND ORGASM AT THE SAME TIME IE COMPLETE ABSTINENCE ? It would be very strange if so and you do not see even a trace of progress but i VERY MUCH dont believe it. For fuck sake people have masturbated sice the dawn of time ! if these stupid muscles are the reason , the complete abstinence should get them back to normal. If they would be that important you would hear about this in any successfull reboot but YOU DONT .

I think it is so for a goddamn reason. still nobody wants to ask people far more knowledgeable than us abou this pelvic floor thing ?

Go to a PT. They can test your pelvic floor with electrical impulse equipment and tell if you if it's strong, weak, tense, loose, etc. They can also diagnose axial tilt, which people with bad posture generally acquire. I am going to a PT relatively soon.

I've gone several months without masturbation porn and orgasm. Several times without progress. Don't accuse me of being a lier. I don't really know what's your issue but you seem to have even worse problems than me, not physical but yeah...

A doctor said somewhere pelvic floor issues are getting much more usual because of the fact that we sit a alot more still nowadays.

Reversed kegels is the only thing that has improved my erections.
    No PMO worseless for me.
    Kamagra/Viagra worseless for me.
    Exercise worseless for me.
Tested: blood sugar and testosterone, both excellent.

My issue seems to be some sort of pelvic floor thing, prostatitis perhaps or just plain psychological but it's really hard to imagine my mind go make my dick go limp for 6 years.

sorry i didnt want to offend you. yes i can attest that i have far bigger problems than you and definitely not physical. if its how you say i think you are one of the strangest cases out there. still a guy called gabe needed 9 months no pmo to recover. try some rewiring maybe ? well if these rk help you then by all means do them. but the pc issue because people sit and now cant get an erection because of this is the biggest pile of crap ever heard

also i have been doing some rk whenever i feel that they contract involuntarily ( at any erection it seems). and i pushed on the pc muscle to get out the last drops of urine so i kegel less.
I've read alot today on pegym forums about pc imbalance and it seems very probable that this is the cause of PE not just for porn addicts but for every virgin ot there. After "sex experience" , how they say it , you are getting control over it probably by learning to relax and the pc muscle detightens itself.

Yes, my case is a mystery. I haven't found a single one close to mine with severe ED from 15.

I just have one last question for people out there. If you can relate I am going to exercise a lot more just to get rid of the probable psychological cause of my ED. Does the head of your penis and corpus spongiosum fill last? Do they always fill out? Because I think somewhere there lies my problem. My CS and head of penis are just as soft when I have an erection as when i'm flaccid. If I kegel my corpus cavernosa or what it's called(the rest of the penis) fills almost 90% but my CS and head still remain as soft as they are when i'm flaccid. Edit: noticed my CS and glans can get fully hard why i'm at the hardest and then do a HARD reverse kegel.

I don't know how it works, if it's just that the CS and head fills with blood after the rest of the penis that could be the answer. So when I can go harder they will fill automatically. Otherwise something is disrupting my blood flow to the CS and head. I'm gonna try exercising to get rid of the psychological part, if that doesn't help I gotta find a better urologist that doesn't just say it's psychological after 1 blood test.

This thread seems to have descended into argument from ignorance.

I suggest anyone doubtful should check out a book called Healing Pelvic Pain. It discusses many of the issues listed above, including flexing pelvic floor to finish peeing, or ED/PE caused by tight or weak pelvic floor muscles.

PIED is not the only cause of erection issues. Even if you fully reboot, you can have less than optimal 'erection quality', or only get good erections inconsistently or when most aroused, if you have other underlying issues such as pelvic floor imbalance, stress, lack of sleep, hormonal issues, nutrient deficiency, etc.

I'd argue that, for young men, porn is most likely to be the cause. But please don't dismiss all other factors out of hand.

Can you tell us what they say about the flexing pc to pee part ? i would be really interested but right now i can't buy no book

Goodlooking , i would suggest making a new thread with your porn addiction summary thus far , inviting mostly successfull rebooters to chime in and give their opinion , even gary. maybe even pm them , i've did this with gabe the guy who recovered in 9 months and he was very nice and knowledgeable ! (fixed a lot of doubts and questions).

2 : your issue sounds very medical , smth about blood circulation. Go to different doctors , it's the same with any other injury , some see it , some don't.

    It's definitely a symptom.

....but, as with everything to do with the body, it doesn't mean your flexing is due to a tight pelvic floor. There are multiple causes for any situation, and yours could be due to something totally different, and benign.

In my case, I had: flexing to pee, slowness to start urinating, sense of incomplete urination, pain around penis, pain on ejaculation, PE

Now, after some treatment, I have: flexing to pee (sometimes)

You usually want to look for a cluster of symptoms before saying that something might be due to a certain cause. If you've got none of the rest (except PIED, which is different), then your pelvic floor may be totally fine.

I definitely had pe when masturbating (with a girl i was numb) , and in very rare cases pain (mostly when i stopped my sperm midthrough). So the flex to finish can be normal ? i swear to god , i cannot find anything on the internet with this flexing thing. i'm starting to believe it's normal. Wouldn't other people have it too at least if it was a problem ?
