Not yet, only been doing them a day :p

Edit: The best experience / erections / progress I made was when my erections would seemingly be relaxed, I would wakeup and have to look down to see if I had wood, this was the best since I realised that it shouldn't be me pumping the blood into the erection but naturally happening on it's on, ofcourse I ruined it by doing some heavy days of kegel (fucks sake). I am just going to not do kegels and no MO for as long as possible to see what happens to my erections.

I agree 100% about the relax part, but lest anyone should get the impression that Kegels are to be avoided, I can only point to the Dorey studies I mentioned in earlier posts where EQ was improved through pelvic floor exercises (Kegels from the study description). What could be counterproductive is excessive or overly forceful Kegels and some web sites warn against it as causing shortening of the PC/BC muscles and other ills. Some of these same sites suggest reverse Kegels to counterbalance and I'm giving that a try along with relaxes between and perineal massage.

I heard you can use reverse kegals during sex to combat PE, my worry is the combination of trying to concentrate on having sex and pushing the same muscle as you use to fart/shit might lead to some messy old problems!

Maybe a little stupid question but I have to contract my PC muscles every time I finish taking a crap, is this also normal or another sign of weak PC muscles?

Now you're just over analyzing. Yes you use the PC muscle for those kind of things down there aswell.. You matched alot of the symptoms for weak PC-muscles, why do you need more re assurement?

One thing I'm really interested in is people's urine flow (how had it come to this lol)

When I pee, I feel like I can't really push the pee out, as if I was in a hurry, I feel like I used to be able to do this. At the end of my leak(s) I also have a lot of urine that won't come out without a flex or two of the PC muscles, aka a Kegel. If I don't kegel I have to lift my junk - effectively stretching/pushing into PC muscles - to get the remainder out.

I'm 23, how normal is this? I'm actually going to ask you... what's it like, when you pee haha! especially at the end, do you come to a close easily or do you have to kegel to get the last drops out.

    Thanks

I feel I've already discussed this in this thread. Oh well! We are others who also have to do kegels to get the last out. I have to too several. I've stopped that now and I feel big improvements in my erections even though i've relapsed to some naked pics everyday for the last 3 days. I can also just push extra hard for like 1-2 sek then I get tired. We've probably overused the pelvic muscles and get them used to short hard contractions and that's why we have to massage and streeeetch those motherfuckers out!

Goodlooking, that's interesting. Are you saying that simply stopping flexing everytime you pee has made a big difference, all on its own?

I'm going to be more consistent with this. I probably pee ten times a day or more, so that's a decent amount of flexing.

Since you stopped flexing and did reverse kegels, how much did the erections imrove, in percentages? How hard were you before and how hard are you now (no kegels)?

I can get a 70-75% erection with only touch now and to arousing pictures and 2 days of not masturbating 90 % erection. Before I could get 40-50 % and maybe 60 % with good porn.
The main part in this equation is the fact that i've learned how to masturbate properly, I used to always flex my pc-muscle alot when masturbating and tensing up. Did that since 9 years old. This caused me do ejaculate within 30 seconds unless I edged. My PE has improved and so have my erections.

I think this is the reason I pee 15-20 times a day as well, and it's a bad circle when I use 5-6 HARD kegels every time to get the pee out and then masturbate with probably 20-30 hard kegels when masturbating.

I've also certain my pelvic muscles in general are weak from lying twisted in my computer chair with feet on the table for 8 hours a day for several years.

I have been massaging and doing some reversed kegels when I feel like it but not like a routine or anything. I will be doing more reversed and massaging from now on, and I will have top freakin stop masturbating again! It's like.. When i've seen this progress I just want to test it out all the time to see if it has improved more. I also get 50-60 % night-time erections now that i've masturbated everyday, this never happens when you don't masturbate and is in a flatline forever.

I'm still convinced porn is a huge factor since i've had that escalating porn tastes, didn't feel arousal by women in real life and masturbated a lot to porn. But my problems started way to soon into the porn usage that it could have just been that.

Re: Have I been doing it wrong all this time? / Overactive PC Muscles?

I have rebooted so many times and seen good progress fade away because I always relapse after seeing my libido rush back. I last relapsed with porn back in the middle of March, and my libido was crap again. But after going two weeks and relapse, only MO though and the same after another two weeks, I wanted to try a new twist. I honestly think my brain is more or less rebooted, I think I was one of the first guys signing up here, so I have been doing this for well over a year. But after seeing my libido crash so many times, with O from M or just a few PMO, I think it's a missing link here somewhere.

I have been doing reverse kegels regular for a little over a week now. Wednesday I fucked a girl 2 times in one night with a rock hard boner. I have fucked this girl maybe 6-7 times now since November. Sometimes my penis has been hard, other times I have struggled with getting hard. I have had regular morning wood almost every night since I started the reversed kegel routine. It often disappear when I wake up, but it's there, and I see a steady progress.

I know I have a tight pc muscle. This is something I have struggled with since I was a teenager/kid: I have really trouble starting my piss flow, it's much easier to sit down and piss, I must kegel to get the last drop of piss out and most of all my ejaculation power is really bad, It just dribbles out :-\ anyone with the same problem ?

My theory is that I was born with a weak Pelvic floor, but during years of masturbation with and without porn has made it worse. I can remember I always kegeled hard to prevent me to come, so I could prepare for when I finally would get laid and wouldn't come in 20 seconds.

So my field report to you guys so far: Revere kegel and massage is giving me regular morning wood, no nocturnal erection, but higher libido and a good and strong erection when I needed it the most during sex. But I don't think you will get all these benefits without also staying away from porn and reboot properly.

Peace out and sorry for my bad English

Re: Have I been doing it wrong all this time? / Overactive PC Muscles?

There is deffeneatly something with reverse kegels/stretching/massaging of the PC muscles. For a few days I've been trying to keep them relaxed as much as I can and I did some massaging and stretching, I relapsed so some pictures last nigt (yeag I know) BUT my erection was a lot better than before (mayve around 95% no kegeling, it was bendable a little but the head was bigger and harder than before). And I ejaculated with a force like in the old days.

I thing a few weeks of reverse kegels/stretching/massaging should fix the problem, combined with no orgasms,

I still think that most of the benefits that you guys say to experience in this way are just placebo. But if you find beneficial to do this exercises to "correct" your supposed damaged pelvic muscle, than it may be a good thing for you anyway, even if it's just placebo.

I haven't had an erection over 70 % in 6 years. After starting doing this I can get it everytime with just touch. This isn't placebo, I think we've found that missing piece people has been looking for.

The libido increase might be placebo because of the stressrelief of seeing progress or expecting to see progress or something.

When I do some reverse kegel/breathing exercise, I particularly like the pillow under ass, breath in and on the IN breath do the kegel, relax on the out. The pressure the in-breath creates helps to "push" out the PC muscles (in my experience)

I do it for about 10 minutes and the whole pelvic area feels really relaxed and more full of blood not tight and horrible, I do it every night before bed because I have most probably done a lot of subconscious kegeling during the day.

Anyone else find reverse kegels sort of pleasurable?

Re: Have I been doing it wrong all this time? / Overactive PC Muscles?

I find PC stretching a lot pleasurable, I do it 10 times, each stretch for 30 seconds. (Just to make sure I'm doing it right, you firmly encircle your penis and balls, than pull upwards while pressing agains your body?) Massaging the area between balls and butt is also pleasurable and giver releaf.

Better erections deffeneatly aren't placbo. Higher libido might be, but we'll see that in time.

This applies only to people who masturbated this way before. I don't think this will work for people with balanced PC muscles.

Also, I have a theory. Because our PC muscles are fucked up when we get an erection it only comes to a certain point and than stops because muscles are out of balance and we need to manually contract them in order to get full one. Same goes with urinating, urine comes out to a certain point and if we want to get rid of it all we have to contract the muscles manually. Just my two cents.

Re: Have I been doing it wrong all this time? / Overactive PC Muscles?

Questions for the guys that like me have to kegel to finish peeing:

    1. My pee stops midstream for about 5-10 seconds. I just keep reverse kegeling, and eventually more comes out. Then I have to kegel to get the last drops out. I don't kegel until the very end, reverse kegel until then. (pushing to pee faster). Does anyone else have the pee stop for a while before starting again, or is that just me? Mine might be due to a cystoscopy.

    2. Are you reverse kegeling at all to force the urine out, or just peeing normally then kegeling at the end?

    3. I can also push the final drops out by pressing on my perineum. Do you think this is a good idea to wean myself off kegeling at the end?

It's surprisingly hard to pee without kegeling. I had to for a while when my pelvic floor was really tight and now it's built into a bad habit, one that is probably self sustaining. Have to consciously break the cycle.

Im the same as above, by push on the perineum do you mean the area between your balls and anus? I have to push there too if I want to finish it all.

I want to make sure this isnt normal for everyone, would like some more peoples urinary stories (lol)

Re: Have I been doing it wrong all this time? / Overactive PC Muscles?

Yeah, perineum = between balls and anus

I've normally flexed kegels to finish off, but I can also do it by pushing there, which doesn't tense the muscles. Am wondering if it's a better way to pee while retraining my pelvic floor.

Also found out that my kegels tense whenever I wipe my ass. Something to do with tensing up when my anus is touched. :\

How to Identify an Unbalanced Pelvic Floor

Premature ejaculation can be a symptom of too much tension in the pelvic floor.
Delayed ejaculation can happen when the pelvic floor muscles become too weak to contract.
Poor EQ can be a result of both weakness or too much tension
Loss of libido has being reported by some who have weakened their pelvic floor through too much reverse kegels and not enough kegels.
    Uncontrollable involuntary kegels/spasms
Incontinence can occur when there is too much muscle weakness
Difficulty urinating and defecating can happen when the muscles are too tense this can happen together or separate if there’s a front/back balance issue.
    Pain - consult a doctor.
    Hard flaccid.
