    Hey all,

I have decided to not masterbate for all of November to see if it helps my mild ED. After one week down I still notice that my dick doesn’t get hard for anything other than when I touch myself or when others touch it. And even then it is a really weak erection. I have gotten head within this week and have looked at a little bit of porn/fantasizing on dating apps. Is this normal? I feel like by now people are rock hard and wake up with morning wood...on the bright side, masterbating less has made me way more productive and less anxious. I’ve noticed myself talking to more girls with confidence.

barristan What a terrible night to have a curse.

Read YBOP, you are in a state of flatline, which is expected. You will regain your functions once your "PMO pathways" are weakened, you can only do that by fully abstaining from it (honestly just do a hardmode), that includes fantasies, which are basically your porn pathways.

Think it as a water cup, yours is full of porn and fantasies, you gotta empty that before you fill with real things.

The thing is, I haven’t gotten erections from anything other than stimulation for quite some time now. Even before stopping from masterbation and porn. I get them from physical touch and lose them quickly after the stimulation stops.

You can take cold showers. Dont worry about not having erections, as I said it's expected.

You have the same problem as me, losing erections quickly and only getting then thru physical stimulation. That's death grip syndrome symptoms, you have to fully abstain from masturbation also, otherwise you will never recover it.

Is it normal to be depressed as fuck during your reboot?

I guess so, you will feel effects of withdraw and once the flatline hits you will feel powerless.

But that's part of the process, you are healing a part of your brain, so it's not supposed to be pleasing.

It's time to focus on things to improve your life, forget about sex, it will come naturally as it should be. And never rely on pornography or masturbation, they dont make you happy, just numb.
