    Hi Guys,

    As you probably suspect, I have problems with porn addiction. More specifically, I started to masturbate with BDSM porn at 16-17, shortly thereafter I became addicted. I just had BDSM thoughts all the time, it got so bad that sometimes I watched porn for days, uninterrupted. Really disgusting, the (TRIGGER) woman whips out the man, kicking him in the testicles or verbally abusing him. I even wrote slave contracts and invented stories / screenplays.

    At 18 or so I was fed up and came across NoFap, shortly after that I founded a fetish getting rid of forum, wrote my first tutors how to heal from porn and build up a healthy sexuality again. At first I wrote only for myself, soon came the first who also wanted to heal the fetish and it built a lively community, soon we made first successes.

    I do not want to describe my program too much here, I do that, as well as the detailed log, again in the forum, which, when it is online.

    Anyway, I had forgotten because of health problems, the forum and it was unfortunately deleted by the host. A few pages I could secure, with which I just start again a new forum.

    What bothers me a lot. I had no desire for sex any longer, with a pocket pussy (i only recommend sinsplash [sinsplash. me, its the best sexoy in the world]), good Sexpronos and dope as well as some Tongkat Ali (i have ordert by tongkataliblitz) and Mucuna Pruriens, I could again desire to have sex. I masturbated on the day before yesterday, yesterday and today to normal porn, that went well. Unfortunately today the relapse with the BDSM videos. Already 3 weeks ago, after a trigger, I had BDSM thoughts again and so I had masturbated here as well.

    What I make myself:

    No relapses!
    Every day my affirmations say
    3 times a week, at fixed times, drive my program
    Outline each masturbation unit briefly
    Log here once a week

    That was it for me once.

    Hi Winsten, I recommend starting an exercise regime and/ or meditation if you haven't done so already. BDSM thoughts are just thoughts, learn not to give into them when they arise. Exercise and mediation can help, as well as staying busy so you don't have time for BDSM crap. Wish you the best!

    Hi Winsten,

    Good to read. I started to use affirmations and self hypnoses as well. I try to reinforce my sexual drive towards women I desire.
