    Nofap will not stop you getting turned on by femdom porn as men who are turned on by femdom have a low threshold for panic and pain. Swear words increase serotonin levels which reduces anxiety and for some reason, anxiety can make you sexually submissive/masochistic/pathetic. The dopamine rush porn gives comes from the left side of the brain and swear words come from the right side, which is where the serotonin neurotransmitter is. I'm not fully knowledgeable about the science however.

    The way I cured my agoraphobia, and coincidentally stopped being turned on by femdom, is a rather weird method but this has worked amazingly well for me.
    I use the voice in my head to shout at myself in an aggressive macho voice calling myself a "pussy, faggot, bitch" with "motherfucker" between every word. I think it's better to do it in sentences rather than individual words as weird as that sounds. Watch "scared straight" episodes and emulate it to sound like the prisoners shouting at you (I think scared straight 99 is the best one). A really good example of how it's meant to sound is the beginning bit of the song "Woodie - Mob Livin". If you feel it stresses you / makes you more alert !keep doing it! and do it when inside and not concentrating on something. I often do it for hours while lying down and have been doing it everyday for months now. (It's very tedious).
    When I say voice in the head I mean the voice that you "hear" when thinking about something. There's no need to say it out loud.
    And it's not about insulting yourself. I don't feel insulted at all when I shout these words at myself weirdly. I only do it to create the fight or flight response.

    When I first started doing this voice in the head thing it felt exactly like having a panic attack when out which is why I think it activates the fight or flight response. I kept doing it almost constantly when awake and after about 2 weeks I started getting extreme pain in my chest with unbearable shame and I was (and still am) very suicidal. That's how dangerous femdom porn is!!!
    I also think it's helpful to watch violent gangster movies and listen to gangster rap music. And working out frequently is important of course. 5-htp tablets might work as well.

    I think masturbating to femdom porn actually reduces serotonin levels as the anxiety rush you get from femdom orgasms is the opposite feeling to what this voice thing does. I think this is why you end up getting turned on by more and more extreme stuff.

    This is very interesting and i think the fundamental aspect of this is assertiveness, which swearing is a facet of.

    By swearing you're cultivating aggression, wheareas in femdom and all pmo addictions you suppress aggression. A PMO addict is a person that completely suppressed his aggression/assertiveness.

    So i think that swearing is actually very healthy, especially in this situation.

    I don't think that femdom is necessarily the worst even if it is very bad. I think cuckold porn and by consequence most of "regular" porn is the worst because the position you put yourself into is even more humiliating than that of femdom.

    Ha. Yes if you're constantly aggressive you definitely aren't going to be pathetic. It depends on stuff you have managed to be turned on by. The humiliation/sissy stuff has made me very suicidal. I started doing this voice thing in Feb this year after I noticed the prisoners on Scared Straight are obviously fearless and they swear all the time. I changed the most in the first two weeks and have been suicidal since then and I still have pain in my chest constantly.

    I think your topics are very interesting and insightful. Sorry to hear you've been suicidal but i guess this comes with the package for a while. That is, you managed to do something extraordinarily and now you have to face the word without your safety blanket that was your addiction, so you are very anxious. Pain in chest is very common for anxiety.

    I had those feelings as well when i fought hardest against my addiction cause i lacked the one thing that would soothe me.

    A guy on the nofap site said it didn't work for him so it's not guaranteed. I would guess he possibly didn't do it enough though. I used to have severe anxiety but the pain in my chest is from femdom. Every time I masturbate the pain gets worse to the point of being horrendous. I wish I had figured this out when I was much younger now. The pain and mental damage really is almost impossible to live with.
