Hi everyone! I'm sorry if this question had been covered, and if it has perhaps someone could point me in the right direction... I recently stopped PMO all together after losing my girlfriend of 7 years due to an action caused by my problem. I have MO'd once since. We are friends now and I have a chance to work things out, so all though I'm anxious about the relationship I'm wondering - I used to PMO or MO right before bed pretty consistently, and I am wondering of the severe anxiety I am experiencing upon waking is a withdrawal symptom of the reboot? Was my brain used to a certain chemical balance at night? Within a few hours of waking 3-4 usually, the anxiety/panic episode fades. And though afterwards I am still a bit unsettled about what the future holds for me and my ex, the intensity is not debilitating as it is in the morning. Thanks guys!
