Make a plan and be specific (START HERE)

    Ok, so now we have:

    What we need to do now is make a plan and be as specific as we can.

    What are your going to do when you feel the urge to waste your time online? Do you actually know what to do? Is there a book you really want to read but have been putting off? When was the last time you cleaned your room and office? Are you hungry, why don't you cook for yourself?

    Describe what an average day would look like for you and make a list of all the things you would like to do when the urge to use the Internet arises.

    Try to be as specific as you can. This will make it easier.

    If you don't know what you're going to do then you'll just end up wasting your time in front of the screen. It's inevitable.

    Okay then, this is my plan for the rest of the summer until school starts:

    5:30 to 6:30 - Exercise then practice dancing

    6:40 to 7:00 - Take shower/get ready

    7:10 to 8:00 - Eat breakfast then wash dishes

    8:10 to 9:30 - Study Period 1

    10 min break

    9:40 to 10:50 - Study Period 2

    11:00 to 12:00 - Practice piano

    12:00 to 1:00 - Eat lunch

    1:00 to 3:00 - Use the computer to make electronic music and visit forum and practice piano and dancing again

    3:00 to 6:00 - Free time

    7:00 to 8:00 - Eat dinner

    8:00 to 9:00 - Get ready for bed then sleep

    It may change do to unforseen things... so yeah. I can do this ;)
