We form beliefs about ourselves that aren't true. We become fatalistic and lose our courage. Once our courage is gone then MO and PMO are easy traps to fall into.

I have a strong point of view about this. My current wife dosen t know of the past but all she knows is I will not put up with no sex.

I think courage atrophies when we don't use it, and with it our will to struggle. Rollo May said "the opposite of courage is not cowardice, but conformity." I read a tag line to that (I'm not sure who wrote it): "even a dead fish can go with the flow."

Honor, I think, is a human construct. Yes, it can be a good thing, but we can also honor something useless. Even criminals have a code of honor. However, honoring our own journey is a good thing.

In my opinion honor is honor worthy or not its still honor, so what if you don't agree be dishonorable?

Wow MD! I think that makes 1458 days so far - 2020 was a leap year - that is a looooong time. If that doesn't merit a success story, I don't know what does! All Best,
    Tom

WOW! I love that quote. I had never heard of Rollo May before but I've looked him up now.
