I have felt the same way Moz. Sometimes I try to put together the pieces of the puzzle floating around in my mind on paper. But then fear that they would fall into the wrong hands and I would be embarrassed or someone else would be hurt stops me. I have sometimes written to find that clarity examined what I've written and then discarded it when finished
