New week, new efforts. Been feeling rather drained this week. After last week's more energy, it more or less evaporated during the weekend. Maybe all the ups and downs took its toll and caught up with me. Late Saturday night I had a relapse before going to sleep. Not a binge or anything like that, but it was a little relapse. A lot of tension had built up I guess for some time, which combined with exhaustion led there. Making more efforts now not to sneak peak at stuff, as it eventually leads to more cravings.
