Hi all, as lots of you guys, I'm in quarantine, living alone without any social contact. I'm noticing a complete lack of morning wood right now and this is something quite scaring, as MW have been quite consistent for long so far. I guess social distance can have a bad impact on the rebooting/rewiring process, but I'm not sure what is going on. Anyone experiencing the same?

Hey, mine come and go, but I'm only a month into my first round of non-PMO, so that could be part of my reasoning. Depending on your social life before isolation, your employment status, your natural fear of health scares, how your family is doing and your worries about them... these could all be stressing you out to some degree.

How well are you sleeping? I'm getting only like 5-6 hours max and while I'm functional as an adult in the day, I'm flatlined most all the time.
