    So I went 709 days without M. That's 1 year, 11 months, 10 days. October 31st, 2012 - October 10th, 2014.

Was a great run, but now it's over. I'll be getting back on track in this journal as it helped me first time around.

Still dealing with frequent urination/erection issues. I'm seeing a urologist next week so if anyone has those two same issues I'll post an update about it. So far was told that my prostate is normal size. Ultrasound of the bladder, blood work, urine test all came back negative too. Will see what it is soon.

    DAY 1

My buddy started dating a new girl, whose best friend is a fairly famous porn star. And of course, he had to show off what a boss he is by showing me her pics. And since it was a social setting, I looked. I'm not going to reset my counter though because she was clothed and I didn't exactly go home and look her up - something I would have probably done in the past. Which is a small win in itself.

For the reboot itself my plan is to post here everyday for accountability. So far, so good. Back to work.

    Re: The Compound Effect

That's not too ideal but this is the world we live in. You WILL come across porn and have to deal with it time and time again. This is what gets me undone as well because i can go 2 months without seeing any porn then i will come across a porn star on a news feed or something and look her up, then turn the safe search off etc just so i can see her tits and within 10 minutes I am looking at her videos.

Try forget her name and try avoid conversations about her with your mate as it will get to you eventually.

    DAY 2

Had some urges today. Will-powered through them. Halloween tomorrow - I distinctly remember losing my streak 2 years ago right on that day and being a having the mind of a zombie for the whole day, when you're supposed to have fun with people and party. Not this time! It's also my father's birthday - except he hasn't been in my life much at all. I don't even know if he's still alive at this point. Sometimes I wonder if my life would be different if I had a father figure present constantly, but you can't change the past, so I don't dwell on it. Trucking on!

    DAY 3

One small urge today. Brushed it off easily.

Success is really a mindset - it takes time and effort to develop it, but once you do, it will always be there for you helping you make the right choices. First you make your habits, then your habits make you. Do it. Be the fucking boss.

    DAY 4

Busy all day today. No urges. Had my workout. 6 exercises of 3-5 sets each. I haven't missed a workout since Oct. 4th. Following Jerry Seinfeld's productivity secret http://lifehacker.com/281626/jerry-seinfelds-productivity-secret I haven't missed a day, or when I did, I did double the next day to make up for it. I'm starting to see results, my body is slowly changing.

This brings me to another revelation I found for myself: it's easy to give up due to limited feedback loopback in no PMO, bodybuilding, or any skill you are trying to learn. Seeing results takes forever. However, if you adopt the mindset of holding the vision of yourself accomplishing your goal for that skill and TRUST THE PROCESS (by reading about success of others and therefore knowing it is indeed possible), results will eventually come. Hold the vision, Trust the process.

    Day 0

Relapsed in a major way. To the tune of 4 days straight. The good thing is that since my last reboot lasted for so long, I don't experience usual consequences of PMO (inability to make eye contact, brain fog etc.) I don't want to ever experience it again though. Time to get back on track. I WILL find my groove.

Seeing the urologist on Nov. 19th for my frequent urination issue. Appointment set and done.

Re: Hold the vision, trust the process.

I keep fucking relapsing (last time was yesterday), so I'm going to try a different way. I'm going to focus on my WHY. Your WHY is basically something that you want more than you want to breathe (video below explains it). Tony Robbins talks about change only happening when you're deeply desperate or deeply inspired, and I am both. I am in a poor place in life & I want to be hugely successful. Also it seems like whenever I binge on sugar is when a relapse happens - I think sugar weakens my will power. I am going to cut that shit out.
