when I first discovered about porn addiction I was in the 20-24 category
So it’s sad for me to be writing this here

    I’m a 31 yo gay guy ,
I’ve done reboots more times than I can count,
Longest in hard mode was 67 days after which I began rewiring , I was probably 24/25 at the time ,
My dick has worked fine since
I have no real problems with sex
But I’ve never beaten porn addiction, and I constantly fall back into old habits ,
    I have unhealthy fetish’s
I never overcome the brain fog or achieved mental clarity from porn ,
Always depressed no motivation and always end up back watching stuff that really makes me feel bad,
I have had a lot of big upsets in life since I first started my journey on here , which hasn’t helped
    But I’ve never given up
I still do reboot streaks regularly and have a decent sex life
But constantly fallback into the trap

4 days no fap down , I’m going to allow sex
Porn is the main out law
I need to finally quit smoking too , I’m always putting it off and making excuses,
Going to stay off alcohol for a while too as hangovers are always a down fall
Also join the gym is a big goal for me

One week is no joke!! Way to go!!! Sounds like we look at different but we’re both addicted all the same. I’ve been fighting heavy urges for a week. Every time I pick up my phone I go straight to this site. I must have logged on 20 or so times today. 67 days with no porn is a long time and you said you still have cravings. I wrote about that today, I’ve been smoke free for 9 years and I still have strong cravings. So maybe this will be the same I don’t know time will tell. Any way hang in there bro keep fighting.
