Is it normal to get insomnia, mind foggyness and fatigue afterwards?

    Hello Im new.
    I managed to cut down to once per week and Im still getting insomnia then the following day my mind is foggy and Im very tired.
    Also craving junk and fast food. Is all this normal?

    I will try to cut this down even more...
