I succeeded in curing PIED, but then went back to porn...the problem is back.

I decided to post this in this section, as I'm 30 in a couple of months!

So the story goes...all my life, up until two years ago, I had porn induced erectile dysfunction.
Same kind of thing as most people suffer with on here - addicted to wild unrealistic porn and completely unable to get aroused by a real woman. A complete virgin.

It was a very depressing time!

However, after two years quitting porn (with the help of this forum), I finally overcame my addiction. I met a beautiful girl and started having lots of sex and plenty of hard satisfying erections. I was over the moon!

However, unfortunately the relationship ended, and just as it ended...I found out I'd caught the HPV virus.

    Damn...

I was attending the GUM clinic and their advice was to not have sex until the symptoms had cleared up.
This took well over a year!

I was really depressed at this point, and over this sex-less year with the STI, embarrassed about the infection...I went back to porn. Once I started I couldn't stop, and over that year my porn habits had returned back to how they were in my early 20s.

I managed to find another girl, who I thought was really hot, but low and behold...the porn ED had returned.
I can no longer get an erection without imagery or porn fantasy again - so annoying.

I'm starting a new reboot and already feel in a massive flat line. Although I'm hoping recovery won't take as long as last time, as I now have real sexual experience...

    What do you guys think?

If you did it once and succeeded the second time should be easier and faster.

Hi no_fap_88. It's good that you know it's possible to cure yourself from PIED. That should make it easier to understand how things went and what you need to do to get back into action again.

Try to get a good view of what you need to do to succeed again. Maybe you can copy the habits that worked for you the first time.

    Thank you for reading.
The devil porn really does damage your sex life.

I know quite a few friends who watch loads of porn, yet they still seem able to perform - although I'm guessing they don't spend days on end watching it obsessively like I do.

For me if I go near porn, it complete kills my arousal patterns.

It will take a while before they would admit having PIED, there's a lot of shame around the subject.
