My belly has been so loose. So is the thighs. Hamstrings and biceps it's all so loose that if one holds it is so soft. Will lifting 5 kgs of weight for 40 reps help me gain some muscle and strength?

Any advice or tips are appreciated.

This is fairly easily rectified, in comparison to rebooting, sorting underlying issues etc. Join a gym and start a proper free weights routine. I like the reddit favourite https://thefitness.wiki/routines/r-fitness-basic-beginner-routine/

I actually came up with almost that exact same program by myself based on Starting Strength, the beginner program which used to be the most recommended. You should buy (or whatever) the Starting Strength book by Mark Rippetoe to learn more about the movements or spend lots of time on youtube and beginner tutorials.

Anyway, it's very doable. But 5kg for 40 reps isn't enough, you'll need to join a gym.
