    Stopper IT'S OVER!!!

I tried stopping before but one of the times when I relapsed, not so long ago, I went on for like 7 days, but every single day I got hornier and hornier.

I have this thing in my head and when I relapsed I proved to myself it was like that that the more I don't fap, the more ''full'' I get and I feel like it's only healthy for me to release, what happens when you don't fap for 30 days?...with everything I have inside of there, I know people quit for 20+ days on here, so please tell me and how this could not be harming.

And that one time that I didn't fap for 7 days but I was horny a lot, when I did relapse it was one of the biggest messes I've made since my first fap.

That, dear friend, is why we get wet dreams. Our bodies have their own mechanism for getting rid of excessive semen. Additionally, your body is able to reabsorb any extrasemen. As for me, I didn't have a single wet dream during my first attempt of 45 days.

This being said, fapping is not necessary at all. I recall Marnia telling about certain tribes who don't even have a word for masturbating.
It is not uncommon to feel like your balls are about to explode into thousand atoms in the beginning, especially if your body was used to masturbating once a day or more.

I appreciate your quick reply John, that's good to know...I'm not used to feeling it but I guess it's common during the battle. Wet dream it is!

Word :) The feeling of over-the-edge-fullness should ease over time.

I remember when used to I PMO daily I would feel weird "emptiness" and coldness in my groin and lower stomach. Though, it was not until I began rebooting when I actually realized those feelings. Nowadays my groin and the muscles around it feel warm and lively like they, along with my chest, would be the energy centers of my body.
