Headache is a very common health condition among most of the people and they might deal with this on a daily basis. Here are a few remedies to get rid of headaches naturally.

First thing, drink more water: Insufficient hydration or insufficient amount of water in the body can lead to a headache. Drinking that much water is required to avoid dehydration headaches.

Limit alcohol: If you are addicted to alcohol then it is necessary to limit it.

Take Magnesium: According to the study, it has been proven to be a safe and effective remedy for headaches as it is an important mineral for functioning of the body.

Enough Sleep: Most important to get adequate and proper sleep to reduce headache.

I prefer medicine to get rid of the headache. I don't think there is a natural way to get free from headaches. If Yes... then it may take time to resolve your issue.

You need to find the cause that causes the headache.

Grounding. Go for a walk. Fresh air.
When your head aches its usually because you have been using it too much and out of relation to the rest of your body. I'd say there are plemty of things you can do to alleviate the pain.

For getting headache relief easy and naturally, give a try on some of the following:

Eat few teaspoons of olive oil, eating a oats or bananas, drink lots of water, sleep for requires hours to rest eyes, keep the track of the food that can lead a headache, boost blood sugar if having low blood pressure, and more.

This problem is very familiar to me. I have low blood pressure and my head hurts quite often. It can get sick due to changes in the weather, due to lack of sleep, due to overexertion at work or in the gym. In such cases, I try to find time to take a walk. Pain pills don't help me either, but coffee from it does. This is not a very natural way, but it is very effective. The main thing is not to strain your eyes, not to overstrain and get enough sleep
