Please take all necessary precautions and follow the advice of your country's civil and public health officials. Also please don't forget to take care of yourself during this time. Self-isolation calls for some creativity, but that doesn't mean we have to abandon our fitness or sexual health goals!

    Some recommendations:

    1. If your gym in closed, there are plenty of home workouts for your to try. Search around on the internet for home workouts that fit your needs.
    2. If you are still allowed to go outside, use that to your advantage to take walks or runs or other outside solo exercise activities. Remember to practice social distancing: stay at least 6 feet away from any one you meet.
    3. If you lack exercise equipment, there are plenty cheap alternatives you can buy. Resistant bands are good replacements for weights. Pull up bars will allow you to continue doing chin ups at home.
    4. If you have no equipment and no means to get any, or just prefer equipment-less exercising, check out exercise routines like yoga, bodyweight exercises, pilates, and aerobics.
    5. If you want to mix exercise with video game fun, there are great fitness games out there, like Ring Fit Adventure for the Nintendo Switch. It's a traditional RPG where you beat mobs with fitness moves!

    I want to add:
    1. Try to get out of the house at least one time a day. When the only possibility to do this is running in a shopping mall up and down, then do this.
    2. Don't use the lockdown as an argument for giving up abstaining. The spring is coming soon, and as you know, it takes time for recovering from a relapse. Abstain now for being emotionally healthy at the first warm days in march.
    3. If you are forced to work in your home office, try to achieve it to work as much as possible in the office (company). You need social contacts.

Many people have remained working remotely after quarantine, and therefore, even now, you should remember how to stay healthy.
I believe that you need to introduce minimal physical activity into your daily routine. Walking, biking, a simple game of ping pong with friends using it, cleaning - all this will help you move throughout the day, which is very important. It is clear that not everyone needs a perfect body and a lot of muscles, but the movement must be every day!
