Here is my abridged story, porn is taking over my life and I'm at the end of my rope.

I want to stop now because I'm halfway through senior school (18) and it's interfering with my study, sleep, mood, thoughts, desires and it's making me more unbalanced. I've been using online porn since 14, after I was home a lot after my arthritis and pain acted up. Before that I used car mags amongst naughty scenes in relatively tame movies and tv shows since about 11, I started at about 9, with no porn.

I am giving it up even it kills me. My social anxiety is paralysing and my fatigue and tiredness, and regrets are mounting up, it's getting too much to bear. So I have to do this.

I hope you guys have some advice for me, and in return I will an ear for you to talk to, even if you have no advice, I am here.

 

Hey mate, even if nobody responds I hope you are still fighting. Are you still at 40 days right now? Because if so thats a huge accomplishment. Getting this together at 18 is very good for you. I am almost 32 and still struggling. I feel like it's gotten harder as the years have gone by.
