Help Guide: Guys with PC Muscle and Pelvic Floor Conditioning Issues

    I am doing pelvic floor stretching exercises, i notice i have a more sensitive penis now, faster and harder erection but i still can't get hard standing up.
    I have been doing stretching often twice a day, for the last 3 weeks. I recommend giving it a try, i also started doing these exercises in the first page.

    I used to have a lot of sexual health problems which left me feeling insecure, depressed, and disengaged from the world. I have transformed myself into someone who is now confident, competent, and capable in sexual situations. I wanted to outline the steps I took to make this transformation happen on here, because the original post by Gameover gave me hope and pointed me in the right direction when I was in a very dark place in my life. The steps I am going to outline are not easy, but I believe they will produce amazing results for most people, like it has for me. I have listed them in the order they need to be done.


    1) Quit porn for good.

    This is to reset your mind and your arousal, so they return to a healthy place; being turned on during real sex with a woman you find attractive.


    2) Stop masturbation, orgasm, and sexual activities completely for 3 months.

    This is to reset your pelvic floor muscles / muscles involved in producing and maintaining your erections/ muscles involved in ejaculation. Allowing them to rest will be required for the next step (Step 3) to be effective.


    3) Rebalance and retrain your pelvic floor muscles to be active and strong in the correct proportions to one another; BC, IC and PC muscles.

    This is what will resolve a lot of the physical problems guys have getting and keeping an erection. Many guys including myself, would need constant physical stimulation to get and keep an erection. Stopping physical stimulation would result in erections fading within seconds. This step will fix that.


    BC muscle is responsible for pumping blood into the penis and pumping semen out of the penis. So it helps you get an erection and to ejaculate. This muscle is the strongest and most active for most guys, that is why they tend to suffer from premature ejaculation.


    IC muscle is responsible for trapping and preventing blood from escaping the penis. So it helps you keep an erection. This muscle is severely weak and inactive for most guys, that is why they tend to struggle with maintaining an erection.


    PC muscle is responsible for preventing ejaculation, especially when you get to the point of no return. For now don’t worry about this muscle.


    4) Condition yourself to be aware, aroused and erect through physical touch only.

    This will bring so much freedom and enjoyment to your sex life. Instead of being distracted by having to think about porn during sex to help you get or stay hard, you can just be fully present to the moment, enjoying expressing yourself and interacting with the woman you are with.


    5) Train yourself to have arousal awareness and control so you can last a long time in bed.

    This will ensure you don't need to worry about premature ejaculation.


    Once you complete these steps you reach a point where you know you can get and stay erect during sex with ease. You know you can last a long-time during sex with ease. Having these abilities removes any performance anxiety and makes you feel relaxed. You walk around the world knowing you are confident, competent and capable during sex, which is a very empowering feeling to have.


    I hope this helps guys who are going through sexual health problems. I understand what it's like to feel hopeless in this area, you are not alone. Follow these steps and you will see massive improvements.
