Help Guide: Guys with PC Muscle and Pelvic Floor Conditioning Issues

    2. Use Youtube to look up that condition as its a great resource to learn stretches


    Unfortunately my abs have always been 'normal' so i cant assist much.

    I, unlike many, lose my erection quickly when sitting or lying on my back. These are the only positions I frequently masturbated in. I cant easily get an erection sitting or lying and when it does the glanse is deflated unless i stimulate or use my pelvic muscles. I always used my pelvic muscles to come quicker. I wonder how come i have weak erections when sitting or lying.

    I'm still having issues with this, my unconscious PC flexing is messing up my erections hardcore.

    If I'm nice and relaxed, and it's first thing in the morning, then I can usually get like... 95% hard.
    If it's after a tough day at work I need oral to get me up to 90%, and even at around 80% I'm basically fighting O to stay away so I can actually get hard enough for decent penetration.

    During oral I am almost helpless against my PC flexing, it's almost unstoppable.
    With light stimulation when I'm sitting or laying down it's again, almost impossible to stop the flexing, very frustrating.
    If I'm standing, then it's a little easier to stop the flexing, I think gravity works in my favor against the PC flex when I stand somehow, and I can usually avoid the flexes, but man it's tough.

    I can pull out of a flex once it starts, but the quick little flexes in pulses are what's killing me.

    Does anyone have any advice for fighting the involuntary PC flexes?
    I can stop ass and leg clenching fairly easy, and of course I can breathe deeply, but not doing an involuntary kegel *without* reverse kegeling is eluding me. Any further tips?

    Just practice mate. Retraining muscles is not as simple as just thinking about what you need to do. I read an article by a quarter back coach that to retrain a muscle can take 3000-5000 movements for the muscle to do something proficiently and involuntarily.

    I completely agree. This is, by far, one of the most instructive and useful threads on this whole forum. I think it has been helpful to many guys. Is there a moderator who can sticky it, please? More people would benefit from reading this. It's just a shame to think some might never find it.

    Don't concern yourselves with percentages. This is broscience and completely counterproductive. I have had great penetrative sex with a 100, 90, 80, 70 and 60 percent erection. Erections vary. It has to do with factors such as age, how horny you are, if you'r anxious, tired, have a cold, have had an orgasm recently and simply individual variation. It will vary at different times.

    I really wish guys would stop worrying about this. Unfortunately, you hear a lot about it on this forum.

    I honestly don't know much about the bioscience, and really all I truly care about is staying hard enough to stay in. Also, my girl is tight and without lube I'm not getting in at all unless I'm a rock.

    Even if I manage to stuff myself in there, if I'm not hard enough it's extremely difficult to get any kind of rhythm.

    Maybe my numbers are too optimistic, maybe I'm less than 80, maybe 60, I don't really know how to gauge, but when I'm the right size the but the wrong rigidity I just can't make things work like I'd like them to.

    I wouldn't care less if I've been harder in the past, I just want to be hard enough to have enjoyable sex.

    I understand. I've been there. But this just means that you're not quite ready yet. Thinking about the firmness of your penis in percentages only risks making you more anxious.

    The penis is a wonderous - and sometimes frustrating - thing. It's anatomy has a high capacity for change.

    Try to leave it at this for the moment - you're on you way to sexual health, but not quite there yet. You soon will be.

    Looking for advice:

    I'm currently on day 80 (no MO) and day 102 (no P) of my hardcore reboot, and all the sexual release I've had since the start has been nocturnal emissions and non-ejaculating, more bonding-oriented cuddling with my girlfriend.

    I still struggle getting the erection I need to do this exercise from senzation alone. I have loads of nighttime erections, so my ED is definitely porn-related. I'm kind of in a flatline but I have this feeling like I'm leaving it soon. I was just wondering if it's recommended performing this exercise with a semi-hard or rather wait for my morning woods and try maintaining them instead? Or should I perhaps wait for even more natural senzational erections?

    Does anyone on here still practice regularly?

    I started yesterday since I came to the conclusion that I tend to clench my abs and PC muscles almost all the time throughout the day. It's crazy and it happens sort of on it's own, so I thought it would be a good idea to start. I'm on day 110 abstaining from PMO but as I recall correctly, I always masturbated sort of of the edge of my seat, forward-pressing my hips with clenched pc muscles. I guess that was a pretty bad habit. :-X

    How long should one practice in one session? 5-10 minutes?

    No more than 10 minutes, Never goal orientated and have no expectations. It is literally retraining a muscle-mind connection and will take some time.

    Get in the best state of mind you can and practice 10 minutes per day for 2-3 days a week without reaching orgasm or even coming close.

    Thanks for your reply, game.

    Yesterday went a little better than the first practise a few days ago. I could achieve an okayish erection with slow and light touch even though it wasn't a very stable one. I think, I'm going to continue it every two days. My dick feels very sensitive but it is rather hard to get erect.

    Question: When I stroke, my PC muscle sort of contracts as a response to it (it's different to the contraction when ejaculating because my penis doesn't contract in that moment). Is this normal? At first I thought it might be bad because I try to stay as relaxed as possible but maybe it is normal? Or maybe it's just that my pc muscles are conditioned to react this way?

    A few contractions is fine but its when it stays clenched and your other muscles such as glutes/abs etc are clenching as well it becomes a problem as tightening of muscles draws blood into them.

    As for reaching O i cant comment as i never did.

    Yes, thanks gameover for the quick replies. I'll continue to practice even though it's a bit depressing because not much is happening. I guess, I have to remain patient. Time will tell if it can be fixed this way.

    You need to have faith that your body is designed to do this at its very core level functioning. In essence you live to breed.

    With a relaxed and open mind, correct techniques and patience you will see results.

    And about the contractions that happen when ejaculating?Do you know something?
    Because when I reach O and ejaculation I can do nothing about the contractions.

    Contractions during ejaculation is normal, there's nothing you can do about that. It is how your body pushes the semen out. Just like the contraction you consciously do to get out the last drops by the end of urination...
